Three spacious bedrooms offer the perfect respite to any busy day of golfing, shopping, and beach activities.  The first-floor bedroom is tucked away off the kitchen and features a king bed, a large flat-screen Smart TV, and direct access to the full hall bath which includes a large walk-in shower and 36” vanity.  Also included on the first floor is the utility room with a stacked washer and dryer for added convenience. Upstairs on the second floor, guests will find a magnificent primary bedroom featuring a king bed, a large flat-screen Smart TV, and an intimate seating area overlooking the golf course.  The en-suite bath features a large walk-in shower, quartz vanity, and walk-in closet. The spacious secondary guest room is also on the second floor and features a queen bed, full over full bunk bed, large flat-screen Smart TV, closet, and an en suite bath with a shower/tub combination and double vanity.

Take in the fresh fairway air and sweeping views of the golf course and bay from the sizable back deck – perfect for an afternoon bar-b-que on the gas grill, sunset cocktails around the table, and star gazing after dark.  If cooking is not on the agenda, our area offers dozens of eateries and dining options nearby, sure to please any palate and age group.

The complimentary golf cart will take you throughout Sandestin® Resort in style! Hop on and experience true resort living. Dedicated cart paths will allow you to safely venture from beach to bay and back! Reach the beach by using the resort’s underground tunnel and spend the day basking in the Florida sunshine on our glistening sugar-white sand. Take the cart to The Village of Baytowne™ Wharf where there are a lot of activities for the whole family.  Live music, rope course, zip line, several restaurants, bars, shops, and more! Events at The Village have become nearly year-round whether it’s a holiday lights tour or a midsummer night’s firework show and outdoor movie – you will be able to find something to keep the attention of every member of your group!

Also included with your rental is access to two resort swimming pools located on the north side of the resort. The new Phil Hummel Aquatic Center is just over 1 mile from your front door at Baytowne Avenue and the swimming pool on Audubon Drive is less than a half mile.  The Sandestin Fitness Center is a state-of-the-art facility and is only a half mile away.
