Super week-end

Nous avons passés un super week-end dans ce chalet avec de très belles prestations ainsi qu’une magnifique vue pour prendre le petit dej !! Contact très facile avec le Proprietaire et une attention non négligeable le poêle était allumé à notre arrivée !!! Vous serez à moins de 10min très en voiture des pistes et à 10-15min du centre ville à pied ! N’hésitez plus vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés vous ne serez pas déçus

Perfect stay

What can I say, this log cabin is amazing. Close to town and the slopes for ease, plenty of space to park, and perfectly designed for a lovely holiday. When you walk in on the ground floor there's seating to allow for changing into ski boots, laundry, sauna shower and a boot warmer. Then as you go up the stairs you enter into the main living area and the pictures don't do it justice. Panoramic views, a wrap around balcony, high end kitchen and a stunning seating area with log burner. Many nights we sat relaxing after a long day skiing and it easily fit 6 adults laying out on the couches. As you go up to the top floor there are 3 double bedrooms 2 sleek bathrooms and a kids room which our 5 kids loved. The bunk beds and loft bed were perfect! The owners were on hand to help if we needed anything, we even saw them on the slopes. We arrived to a lovely box of chocolates which was a nice touch from Valerie and Eric. We will 100% be back, we had the best time. We have been visiting font romeu for 10 years and this is probably the nicest property we've ever stayed in.

Días desagradables en un buen lugar

Fuimos varias familias a pasar una semana a esta bonita villa y la experiencia no ha sido buena ni recomendable. La casa se encuentra en buen estado y cuidada (ojo con la escasa cristalería y con las sábanas y toallas, por las que hay que pagar 180€ adicionales). El origen del problema está en que los dueños de la casa se alojan en la parte de debajo de la vivienda, lo que no está advertido en el anuncio del alquiler. El estar allí los dueños implica que te sientes observado continuamente (los propietarios cuentan las personas que vienen a visitarte a la casa). Asimismo, ocurren incumplimientos con respecto a lo anunciado; El jardín ofrecido como “disfrutable” lo tienen ocupado con diferentes cosas y su vivienda da justamente ahí por lo que falta intimidad. Nos alojamos en la casa las 14 personas permitidas por los propietarios, aunque algunos días fuimos incluso menos. Tras las excursiones, actividades y otros planes durante las que pasamos el día fuera de la vivienda, por la tarde-noche volvemos para descansar y cocinar algo para cenar todos juntos. En esa última parte es donde han surgido las incómodas e inmerecidas situaciones. Dos noches de las siete cenamos todo el grupo en la casa, terminando a las 23.45. Una de ellas fuimos 22 personas, la otra tan solo 16. Tras la primera fuimos advertidos por los propietarios de que habíamos superado el número de personas máximo autorizado. La conversación tuvo un tono desagradable, sobre todo por parte de la propietaria, quién dio muestras de su indignación y lo hizo desmesuradamente y con expresiones y gestos desagradables. Las normas comentadas por los propietarios relativas a prohibir la entrada de más personas que 14 y a que a partir de las 23.00 no puede haber ningún ruido eran desconocidas para nosotros pues nunca nos fueron comunicadas, por lo que indignarse y exigir de esa forma su cumplimiento está fuera de lugar. Somos gente educada, formada, responsable y cumplidora de las normas. Tanto nuestro entorno familiar como las actividades profesionales que desempeñamos nos avalan. Pretender hacernos creer lo contrario es un sinsentido indignante. Esta reseña tiene el solo propósito de poder ayudar a otros a ahorrarse situaciones tan injustas como la que hemos tenido que soportar.
