Excellente maison proche du centre

La maison est parfaite et bien équipée. Elle est proche du centre (5-10min à pied) avec des petits commerces juste à côté. L'accueil est très chaleureux et Vincenzo reste disponible même en soirée quant nous avons eu un petit souci réglé bien vite. A noter peut être pas mal de circulation pour cette petite route pavée lorsqu' on dort dans le salon.

Excellent séjour chez Vincenzo

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Vincenzo. Les hôtes nous ont très bien accueillis. Le logement est très propre et très bien équipé. Il est très bien situé, proche du centre ville, du port et de toutes les commodités (boulangerie, pharmacie, pizzeria…). Idéal pour visiter cette belle île de la Maddaléna

Notre endroit préféré en Sardaigne

Accueil parfait de Vincenzo, l appartement est tres spacieux et confortable. Situé dans le haut du centre ville, on peut gare sa voiture juste devant. Proche de toutes commodités. La maddalena et la caprera sont superbes. Pleins de belles plages et criques. Les iles une merveille. Nous sommes restés 3 nuits.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 in questo bellissimo appartamento. I locali sono ampi e ben illuminati! Vicinissimo alle vie centrali e con posto auto. I proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili ci hanno accolto con un omaggio di prodotti tipici.. Beh.. Che dire.. Spero di tornarci presto!

ottima residenza alla maddalena

La Maddalena-Indimenticabile

É stata una vacanza indimenticabile sia per la bellezza della vostra isola sia per la serenitá e la tranquillitá vissute durante il soggiorno I proprietari Sig.Vicenzo e Sig.ra Silvia sono stati gentilissimi e ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa spiegandoci i posti da visitare e dandoci un'accoglienza speciale. Maddalena mon amour

Grazie ai Signori La Cava per la loro gentilezza e ospitalità. La casa é a due passi dal centro storico e non distante dalle prime spiagge dai colori meravigliosi (consigliamo di arrivare la mattina presto). Soggiorno magnifico. Il giro delle isole é interessante e i luoghi sono mozzafiato: il problema nasce dal fatto che vi troverete ammassati in compagnia di altri turisti che si sono rivolti ad altri tour operator, non c'é coordinamento ed é tutto un "mordi e fuggi"...attenti. Tour delle isole a parte, il soggiorno é certamente da ripetere.

Splendida vacanza

Ho soggiornato con mia moglie per una decina di giorni nell'appartamento di Vincenzo e Silvia. La casa è posizionata a pochi metri dal centro de La Maddalena (2/3 minuti a piedi) in zona tranquilla, l'appartamento è pulito e dotato di tutte le attrezzature per il soggiorno, Vincenzo e Silvia sono molto ospitali (ottimo i dolcetti sardi fatti trovare all'arrivo) e pronti ad aiutarti in ogni evenienza. Una splendida vacanza, scoprendo le magnifiche spiagge di Caprera e La Maddalena.Grazie ancora a Vincenzo e Silvia per la loro gentilezza.

Appartamento ben localizzato, in zona tranquilla e ben tenuto.

Appartamento grande e luminoso. Il sig. Vincenzo e sua moglie sono persone molto gentili. La Maddalena è un’isola meravigliosa ed è stata una vacanza molto bella.

Vincenzo was a great host. Clean and airy apt and great location

Easy to find. The apartment was very clean, spacious and well equipped. Lots of nice touches too. Vincenzo offered to meet us at the ferry but it was not necessary and it was easy to find. The island is perfect to relax and chill out on. Awesome beaches to match. Weather was superb and not too hot. Water cool and refreshing. Take the Maggioni boat tour to the islands, you won’t regret it!! Ciao Vincenzo and Grazis!!

Appartamento nuovissimo a 2 minuti dal centro

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per 4 notti con la mia ragazza e mi sono trovato benissimo. Appartamento nuovo, posto auto esclusivo in strada, posizione perfetta perchè in 2 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro ( piccolo dislivello da superare ma fattibilissimo senza nessun problema). I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato dei dolcetti tipici molto buoni e il giorno successivo Vincenzo ( il proprietario) ci ha spiegato la disposizione delle spiagge durante il giro dell'isola che abbiamo fatto in macchina tutti assieme. Consiglio sicuramente di soggiornare in questo appartamento vista anche la vicinanza a caprera ( raggiungibile in auto grazie ad un ponte) e alle sue spiagge magnifiche ( cala coticcio in primis ).

Vacanza stupenda!!!!

Casa molto ospitale in centro al paese è vicino a ogni necessità, posizione ottimale ottima per raggiungere ogni spiaggia, i proprietari Vincenzo e Silvia sono stati molto gentili e cordiali...all'arrivo abbiamo trovato dolcetti tipici e il mirto..i consigli dati da Vincenzo sono stati molto utili...grazie di tutto speriamo di tornare presto..!!

Perfect stay in great location

This apartment was just great for us! The size was perfect for us, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The apartment was well equipped, we didn't miss anything! The location of the apartment is great! The area is quiet, but the centre of La Maddalena is just a few hundred meters away. Vincenzo was a great host and was supporting us very well during our stay.

Eccezionale!!

Il soggiorno è stato veramente bello. L'appartamento pulito, posizione centrale dove puoi raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città. Nell'appartamento, finemente arredato, ho trovato qualsiasi confort. Ringrazio Vincenzo e Silvia per la loro gentilezza ed ospitalità!! A presto..!! Grazie ancora!

Ospitalità e comodità

L'ospitalità di Vincenzo e sua moglie è stata squisita (come i dolcetti sardi trovati al nostro arrivo). L'appartamento è comodissimo (per coppia o coppia con bimbi) e in una zona tranquilla del centro storico di Maddalena. Ideale come punto di partenza per le gite di giorno, e comodo per le passeggiate serali in centro. Ci tornerei.
