Great space

Everything from checkin to checkout was simple. The space itself is very comfortable and spacious. The couches are nice. We chose this for a group of friends who play board games after skiing and the sizable table works wonderfully. Easy access to the hot tub, shuttle service to ski or go into town, and is walkable to Steamboat for skiing as well.

Comfortable Condo

This condo served our purpose well. Every room is an en-suite which works great for multiple families. Very comfortable and roomy. The shuttle service was timely and easy to use.

Spacious condo in a great location!

I booked Meadows Buckingham for 3 weeks and it was a great property for our big group of friends and family. The condo is really spacious and much larger than the photos make it appear. The courtesy shuttle is the BEST! It's so convenient to take the elevator down, walk into the parking lot and get whisked away to the base area in minutes. And being able to get to restaurants and downtown area was great - especially with a group who were often on different schedules. There's also a paved path that is a short walk to the base, restaurants, and a small grocery store. The hot tub and pool were also really great and used often by our group. We liked that there were towels provided at the spa/pool, although on several occasions there were none (we were able to check the status by looking out the balcony). There were plenty of extra blankets and pillows, and the kitchen had pretty much all we needed - plenty of storage and cookware. Just a couple of notes that while they don't affect my rating, should be pointed out. The parking was a nightmare. The listing says the property is guaranteed one spot. However, on at least 3 occasions we were left with no place to park, either in the garage or in the lot. It seems that all the other properties have a reserved spot so I'm not sure why the penthouse unit wouldn't. We had just one car for the 4 bedrooms and rarely used it because of the shuttle service. But on the few occasions we did we returned to find no place to park. When we called the front desk we were told to park at the lodge up the street and take a shuttle back! Not acceptable, especially when carrying 5 pizzas for a hungry crowd. I highly recommend the owner take the steps to get a reserved spot. Also, and this is not necessarily a criticism, but the temperature control in the condo is a bit uneven. It's probably due to the age of the building and the poor insulation/old windows. There is only one thermostat and it seems to only work in the living area. The two king rooms get pretty cold at night (there's a thermostat in one that showed 59 degrees), so the extra blankets were appreciated. The two other rooms get really hot on sunny days, so we kept blinds closed. This didn't affect our stay once we figured out how to deal with it, but I did want to mention. The location makes this condo ideal, but the parking situation was definitely frustrating. I'd stay here again but would hope the condo had a dedicated spot in the future.

Highly recommend!

Just stayed at this property with a total of nine adults. So much space and loved that all the bedrooms have an attached bathroom. The shuttles were available within five minutes of calling to request them and could drop off and pick up exactly where we were wanting to go into town. Access to the building was simple and also enjoyed the reserved hot tub/ pool time so we were the only ones there. The pool area had heated floors too which was a nice surprise. Definitely recommend and will stay here again!

Great condo for group or family ski vacation

We stayed here with our three adult children and two spouses. It was beautiful, very spacious, clean and well kept. The large kitchen and open concept made for great gathering. Every bedroom had it's own bath which made it much more convenient. There was plenty of seating in the living room, at the kitchen counter and the dinning room table. The ski boot dryers were a definite plus. We would definitely recommend this condo.
