Experience the magic of Steamboat Ski Resort when you book this gorgeous two-level luxury home for your next ski vacation! You'll be just a few steps away from the gondola, making this home a true ski-in/out location, perfect for any snow enthusiast. Inside, the living space is open and inviting, with attractive decor and furniture, lots of natural light, and even a gas fireplace crowning the room. The kids will love watching their favorite shows on the large TV while you prep tonight's home-cooked meal in the full kitchen. Serve your guests at the handsome dining table with seating or outside on the private balcony for an alfresco meal with glasses of delicious wine. Later, visit the shared hot tub to soak your tired muscles before falling into a peaceful sleep in the bed.

You'll have slopes waiting like Stampede and Lil' Rodeo for the beginners and Vogue and Headwall North for the more advanced skiers when you head up Steamboat Ski Resort, right across the street. You can fish, bike, and walk along the boardwalk of Rotary Park Board Walk, just one mile west, and you'll have a great hike on Yampa River Core Trail, three miles northwest.

THINGS TO KNOW
The outdoor pool complex, including the hot tubs, will be under construction from April 10, 2023, until July 2023 and will not be available during that time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Clubhouse amenities will be available for use within the following hours: Hot Tub & Pool facilities will be open from 10 am to 8 pm, Gym facilities will be accessible from 8 am to 8 pm, and our Clubhouse Game Room will be accessible from 8 am to 8 pm.
This is a multi-level property without elevator access.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
