Make your next vacation in Colorado one to remember. This beautifully upgraded townhome features a large, fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a dining area with a large table, and additional seating around the breakfast bar. The living room offers vaulted ceilings, a spacious living area, and a cozy gas fireplace, the perfect place to relax around after a day of Steamboat adventures. For entertainment, this unit is equipped with five TVs, a DVD player, complimentary WiFi, and a stereo. There is also a private single-car garage, which includes an electric car charger if you happen to need it, and an in-suite washer and dryer for your convenience. Relax on the patio or private deck after experiencing a day in Steamboat.

The main bedroom features a king-size bed, a TV, and an attached main bath with a tub and a walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed, a TV, and two attached bathrooms, both with a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds, a television, and its own en-suite bathroom. There is a twin sleeper sofa in the loft area as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the main living area for additional sleeping space. Guests enjoy amenities such as two outdoor hot tubs, complimentary WiFi, and winter shuttle services that will take guests to shop, dine, and other local activities and events.

Great location, poor management

Great location (easy walk to the lifts and ability to ski in), nice unit, quite comfortable, and could be fantastic. Seemed to have some management issues however. Fireplace didn't work (4 visits from maintenance before they gave up trying to fix it), no sheets for pull out bed (called management multiple times and none were ever delivered), external hot tub jets where not working (maintenance couldn't fix them either), not nearly enough towels for a unit that is marketed as being able to sleep so many, and the drier vent was missing (the clothing drier vented directly into the laundry room- fixed the day after we pointed it out to management).

Amazing location for skiing

We had a great stay for a family gathering (6 adults, 3 kids) in spring ski season. The location can't be beat - we walked to the gondola each morning, and were able to ski right to the walkway to the complex at the end of each day. The proximity to Steamboat Square was great for a meal, shopping, or just letting our kids run around outside. The accommodations were great - the layout is great and made it easy to entertain while giving everyone plenty of privacy when needed, and the access to the shared hot tub in the center of the complex was great way to relax after a busy day on the slopes. The only downside is that the items for cooking (like pots, pans, mixing bowls) are limited and not in the greatest condition - I gave this feedback to the management company so hopefully they update it soon!

OK, but water pressure is low and hot water doesn’t get hot.

See title. In addition, the place was pretty well kept except for a couple of widows that didn’t work properly. Location was good. Over all, we enjoyed our visit.

Awesome spot for ski in/out on a budget

Booked this spot for the full family of 12. Bathrooms for each bedroom was nice. And the large gathering space with enough room for everyone to cook/relax after being on the slopes all day was just what we wanted. Property manager was also very responsive. A couple of notes: the fireplace wasn’t operational. I wish that would’ve been communicated ahead of time. The last thing would just be the front patio area. Snow would melt during the day and the gutter was broken. The melt would soak the grass and lead to some very muddy/wet shoes when trying to get into the house. Not a big deal, simple fixes that could improve the ease of foot traffic though!

Great Condo!

Our family of 6 adults and 1 baby stayed at Ironwood 6. We had plenty of room, amenities were nice and the location is perfect! We cooked in every meal and the kitchen was well-stocked except for containers to put leftovers in the frig. It was nice that they had spices available to use! Vacasa was very responsive when we let them know the blinds on the patio door were broken. They immediately had a gentleman there to fix it. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing Ski Trip

We are from Louisiana! We come to Steamboat to ski every year during Mardi Gras. We are 2 families of 4… 8 total people. This property was ideal! The 4 kids stayed on the bottom floor. The ski-in was easy. The ski out was more like a short walk out. But the location is perfect. It is at the base of the base of the ski village. It is also in the town and short walk to small grocery store. The main grocery stores are a 5 minute shuttle ride away! Ot was perfect!

The condo was very short walk to the base village and the gondola and met the needs of my extended family quite well. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the living space was very good for the 11 of us. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a 2 family location.

Winter Wonderland! Perfect location

We had a lovely stay! Vacasa made everything easy. The location couldn’t be better. A quick walk down the path to the gondola and you are able to ski right to the back on the condos. We had 3 families- 6 adults and 6 kids ages 3-7. The place fit us perfectly! The bunk beds do not have rails on the top, which was a little concerning with the little kiddos, but we were able to easily use extra pillows to create a barrier to keep everyone safe. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful and spacious home

This is a beautiful and spacious condo tucked in a small cul -de - sac. We visited in the summer, but it's very close to the ski lifts in case you are there for skiing. The condo is modern, tasteful and just over all first class! You can easily sleep 10 - 12 people. Very spacious as it has three floors. Kitchen is a dream! Steamboat Springs have so much to offer from hiking through hot spring, lakes nearby, alpine slide, roller coaster, minigolf... We had a wonderful time and hope to come back!

Well kept-up & nice, management not easily accessible for needs

We stayed at this townhouse for the last weekend on the mountain, and the place was super nice! Most of the rooms were below where the kitchen and living room was, so it was nice and quiet for those who wanted to go to bed early while others stayed up. Beds were super comfy, even the bunk beds. My biggest issue was when we were in need of more towels, mentioning a broken sink, and to get a few other questions answered. Because this is owned by the Wyndham, there wasn't an owner you could specifically contact, you had to contact the front desk, which is only open something like 9am-6pm. I tried calling and stopping by with no luck to get what we needed. When I finally got ahold of them the next day, they said during the off-season, that's how the schedule is. Which would stink if you have an emergency or something big happen--no way to get ahold of anyone. Even when I went back to drop off the key, no one was in the office at 11am. Appears overall not the best customer service when you might need it.
