Vale Barn is a detached barn conversion in the centre of Dronfield in Derbyshire. The cottage can sleep six people in two bedrooms with a sofa bed in the sitting room. The two bedrooms are made up of a king-size double with an en-suite and a twin room. There is also a bathroom, a ground floor basin and WC, a kitchen, a utility and a sitting room with a dining area. Outside is off road parking for two cars and two patio areas with furniture. Vale Barn is in an ideal location for discovering the Peak District and Derbyshire.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview, Blu-ray, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Secure bike/buggy shed. Two patio areas with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking including vaping. Shop, pub and railway station 3 mins walk. Note: Steep slope with handrail approaching property followed by 8 stone steps to front patio.
