NEW RENOVATED INSIDE IN WINTER 2023/2024. The property has outdoor private swimming pool (7x3 m) with great sea view. The property is ideally suited for a couple, family or group of friends. Villa has one bedroom (with queen size bed 160x200 cm) with flat screen TV. Living room with comfortable sofa bed for 2 persons with big flat screen TV. Fully equipped kitchen with dining room. A fantastic view, which spreads from the Villa Kate over Adriatic Sea and island of Brac.

The beach is 3 minutes walking and restaurants and bars too. Super market is 2 minutes walking.


Note: THE POOL IS ONLY FOR ONE GROUP OF GUESTS. THERE IS NO OTHER APARTMENTS ON PROPERTY.

Perfect stay in a wonderful location
We enjoyed our holiday at the house very much. The hosts are very friendly and everything was perfect so that we can highly recommand Villa Kate :-)

Beautiful little house
Stayed 6 days with my husband and two kids 10 and 12 years old. Beautiful pool area and view. Very small inside but you only sleep inside. 10 min walk downhill for restaurants, supermarket and beach. We liked the place very much.

Alfred and Alfons were very helpful. Slight issue with a blown fuse was dealt with a tour convenience. Villa was as described with a beautiful view of sea. Well equipped inside. Pool is very private and loungers comfortable We bought some plastic cups so that we didn’t have glass around pool. That was the only negative of 6 great days

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Bestes Wetter für Mitte September. Das Haus ist klein , aber es ist alles da was man benötigt. Bei Ankunft waren schon Getränke, auch Bier im Kühlschrank. Das fanden wir super. Der Pool ist ein Traum!! Er wurde immer durch Alfred und seinen Bruder gereinigt. Für Zwei bis Drei Personen ist das Ferienhaus perfekt.

Einfach nur grossartig !!
Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in dem mega tollen Haus von Alfons und Alfred verbracht. Die Lage ist einfach nur gigantisch, hinten die Berge, vorne freie Sicht aufs Meer, rund herum Olivenbäume. Das Haus ist zwar klein, aber sehr sauber, modern und alles da was man braucht. Man hält sich sowieso die meiste Zeit am wunderschönen Pool auf, es gibt einen Sonnenschirm und immer ein schattiges Plätzchen, wer mag, kann den ganzen Tag die Sonne genießen. Kroatien war wirklich sehr überlaufen im August, das Haus ist eine Oase, man bekommt von dem ganzen Trubel nichts mit, kann aber jederzeit unter Menschen wenn man möchte :-) Zum einkaufen empfehlen wir eine Kühltasche inklusive Kühlakkus und dann eine Fahrt nach Makarska, dort gibt es einen großen Lidl und viele weitere große Supermärkte. Alfons und Alfred waren großartige Gastgeber, immer erreichbar, sehr zuvorkommend und nett. We like to thank you again for the fantastic time in your beatiful House, we had a great vacation in your wonderful house!!!

Wunderschöne Familienzeit
Vom ersten Kontakt bis zur Abreise waren Alfred und Alfons immer hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Sie sind wundervolle Gastgeber und mehr als 5 Sterne wert. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und wunderschön. Da wir außerhalb der Saison gefahren sind (Oktober) war leider im Ort alles bereits geschlossen. Einzig ein kleiner Supermarkt war geöffnet. Dieser ist zumindest in der Nebensaison absolut nicht zu empfehlen gewesen. Verschimmelte und abgelaufene Produkte zu einem überteuerten Preis. Aber mit dem Auto war alles was man benötigt innerhalb von wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir bedanken uns nochmal herzlich bei Alfred und Alfons.. Danke das wir eure Gäste sein durften und wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen. Wir hatten eine super Zeit bei euch

Das Haus war sehr sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es war alles dort, was man brauchte. Die Vermieter waren freundlich und stets zu erreichen. Schönes Haus mit unbezahlbarem Blick. Der Strand im Dorf ist sehr schön, allerdings über viele Treppen zu erreichen.

Für uns als Familie mit 2 Kindern (7 + 10) einfach perfekt! Super ausgestattetes kleines Ferienhaus mit privatem Pool. In ca 5 Minuten gelangt man vom Haus entweder über die Treppe oder die Straße zum Meer. Im Ort selbst gibt es 2 Restaurants, eine Bäckerei, einen Obst- und Gemüseladen und ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft, wo man für den alltäglichen Gebrauch alles bekommt was man benötigt! Die Strände sind traumhaft schön und nicht allzu überlaufen. Unsere Vermieter Alfred und Alfons waren sehr zuvorkommend - unser Kühlschrank war bei unserer Ankunft gefüllt mit kalten Getränken! Wir haben die Privatsphäre und das große Pool jeden Tag genossen!

Wunderschön!
Super nette Vermieter, hervorragende Kommunikation. Der Standort, also die Adresse der Villa, ist aber in google nicht korrekt erfasst. Die Adresse in google führt einige hundert Meter weiter in die Stadt Pisak runter. Aber wir hatten Glück und sind vom Vermieter direkt im Taxi abgefangen worden :-) Der Ort ist sehr klein, aber schön. Ohne fahrbaren Untersatz ist man aber aufgeschmissen Durch den super schönen Pool und die hervorragende Lage der Villa, hat uns das aber nicht gestört. Der Weg in die Stadt führt bergab, daher auch die tolle Aussicht von unserem Domizil aus, wieder nach oben muss man etwas kämpfen zu Fuß. Die Belohnung war für uns aber dann immer der super Pool :-) Toll war's in Kroatien - schöne Adria, leckeres Essen und einfach super Wetter! Wir waren rundum zufrieden! Danke an die Vermieter Alfred und Alfons, die sich sehr gut um alles gekümmert haben.
