Location à recommander

Maison très bien située pour profiter de la ville de Luçon et des environs variés (bord de mer, venise verte et même lac et forêt). Les propriétaires ont été très gentils et très réactifs. A signaler aussi la propreté impeccable de la location mais aussi des équipements (four, barbecue par exemple).

Au top

La communication avec les propriétaires s’est faite aisément (que ce soit par mail ou de visu) et d’une façon très sympathique. Le gîte correspond tout à fait à la description et est décorée avec goût. Il est bien conçu, avec une véranda équipée de pare-soleil sur toute la surface, ainsi que d’un jardinet où se trouve une table surmontée d’un "chapiteau" qui permet d’être à l’ombre ; bref tout est fait pour le confort des locataires. La maison est mitoyenne avec celle des propriétaires mais un grand soin est apporté au respect de la vie privée de chacun. En effet, une clôture haute et pleine sépare les deux habitations. L’emplacement est très calme et nous avons toujours pu nous garer devant la porte, ce qui est très appréciable.
