Perfect Row House in the Old Market

If you are looking for a fun and vibrant downtown lifestyle with the comfort of a safe and quiet community - this is the place for you! Modern and comfortable row house with all the amenities you need for a spectacular stay. Three stories and a roof top deck to spread out in. Onsite parking in a two car garage. Walkable to everything the Old Market and downtown has to offer.
This condo is multi- level please keep this in mind when renting. The first level - 2 car garage, entryway and half bath. The second level - kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace and the balcony. The third level - 2 bedrooms, laundry and the full bath. The fourth level - roof top deck.
Also this is a standard sized two car garage and will not accommodate oversized vehicles. There is no additional parking on premises.

A very comfortable stay

What a wonderful stay for us! I especially appreciated having all the kitchen amenities, the washer and dryer, the Keurig coffee pot, and little extras that made everything so convenient for us! The beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean and uncluttered. Our hostess was especially nice to allow us to check in early too.

Wonderful accommodations, amazing location, easy stay. Loved it all *as a side note the garage is very small, very small. My Tacoma needed to park diagonally to fit. Not upset about this but might be helpful for another person

Great weekend!

Gals' weekend for old friends who had not seen each other in 35 years. The townhouse was perfect for our needs. Very close to Old Market shops and restaurants and easily walkable. The owner provided lots of little extras like snacks, water, and hygiene items (In case forgotten). We had a beautiful May evening to sit on the rooftop area. Definitely recommend this rental!

Ideal spot for a few days in Omaha

Just 1 night during College World Series. The location is great to explore Old Market and the trendy shops and restaurants of Omaha. Lots of things are walkable including Durham museum. About 1.5-2 miles from the stadium for CWS so an Uber ride is probably better for that. Place was spotless and super well stocked with everything you’d expect and even a bit more. Owner or manager was very proactive on communication- even letting us know it was ready early even though we didn’t ask. Would recommend this place to anyone going to Omaha for a few days.

Super place / location / clean

Absolutely loved this condo. Better than advertised. Cleanest rental I’ve ever been in. Lots of little things they did to make the place comfortable (snacks, coffee, cream, etc.) Location is very close to restaurants, coffee shop, small grocery stores. If you don’t like stairs this isn’t your place but being older (60’s/70’s) we did okay. Great handrails.

This place was wonderful. The pictures shown were accurate. Kitchen had everything we needed and extra things were there to make you feel welcome . Bridget was easy to get ahold of and went above and beyond for us. Would highly recommend this place.

The Best

This condo is located in a great part of the city, close to shopping and lots of restaurants. I loved the rooftop patio and the great amenities. There’s a lot to do in Omaha and when I return, I hope this condo is available. This will be my first choice.

Family Weekend

This was our third time in the Omaha area, as our daughter is now attending college in town. We knew we wanted to stay in this neighborhood, and loved being able to walk to Old Market. The rooftop was a bonus, and the mattresses were really comfortable. Excellent communication! Thank you, Bridget!

Perfect stay!

We had a great time at this wonderful row house! The location was perfect for what what we had planned for the evening with my daughter and her friends for her 13th birthday. Shopping, dinner and a treat at Ted and Wally's! Bridget did an amazing job! It is beautifully decorated, great location, and communication between us was great! Thanks again for a wonderful night for my daughter's birthday!

Perfect Get Away

I brought my daughter to Omaha for her birthday with a friend and her daughter. We booked this place to give us somewhere special to stay! It was close to downtown and so comfortable! In the evening we sat on the balcony and watched a movie that evening. The place had snacks, coffee and my daughter’s favorite water. Also they had items like a toothbrush, cotton balls and razors if someone forgets. I recommend this for a family or a girls trip it’s a great place to stay!!

Wonderful place to stay near Old Market!

We really enjoyed our three-day stay at this property! It is in a great location, right next to Old Market, quiet, and safe. The owner is wonderful and very responsive. The house itself is modern, clean, bright, spacious, comfortably furnished, and the kitchen is fully equiped. As the host points out, this is a multi-level property, so would only caution those who might have trouble navigating stairs. For everyone else, we highly recommend. We will definitely return should we find ourselves in Omaha again.
