Ground-floor : fitted kitchen corner with dining area, lounge. 1st floor : 1 dble bedroom in mezzanine, bathroom (shower), toilet. Private and enclosed courtyard of 54 sq m. Carpark near the gite. Linen supplied. Highchair and cot at disposal on request. Adjacent gite, next to the owner's house, renovated in 2010. Cosy interior and ideal situation : between the pink granit coast and the Bréhat island, only 1 km away from the sea and 4 km away from Tréguier, historical city.
