Located in the Springs, near East Hampton Village, Amagansett, and Sag Harbor. A few minutes from the ocean beaches and a quick bike ride to the stunning bays and historic walking trails nearby.
This spacious high ceiling home has an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining and great room with working wood burning fireplace, all flowing seamlessly with an easy access to the large deck perfect for entertaining; surrounded by nature.
The first floor features a large master bedroom with king sized bed and an upgraded glass shower. Two additional bedrooms are found (one with a king sized bed and another with a queen sized bed) as well as an additional bathroom with shower and bath tub are also on the first floor. Queen sized blow up mattress for any additional guests.
Central air conditioning. Basement equipped with Speed Queen Commercial Grade Washer and GE dryer.

The pool deck has everything to relax and entertain with outdoor dining, Weber barbecue, lounge chairs and heated pool.
