2024 Family Vacation

Spent a week at this awesome home right on the beach. Three generations of family had a wonderful week in the sun! Loved having two beachfront master suites … with the main floor in between for privacy!

beautiful location - steps to a relatively quiet beach and pool was an added benefit. Home is comfortably appointed and elevator was an invaluable asset with an older relative with us. Incredible view!

Fun Find on Bonita Beach

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful home in Bonita Springs in mid-January. My husband, three small children and I were accompanied by my mother and my mother and father-in-law during our trip. Everyone was very comfortable. Each room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and each room had their own bathroom. The elevator in the house was great to assist my mother to get up-and-down the stairs. Our children were mesmerized by all the seashells on the beach just steps away from the back patio. They loved spending time in “Shell Land,” as they called it. And once they were done at the beach we all enjoyed playing in the warm pool. This home had everything we needed to enjoy a week in Florida. The kitchen was well-supplied with cooking pans and utensils. There were plenty of coffee mugs and cups. If you want to bake or cook anything more involved you will have to obtain your own ingredients/spices. We had most of our meals at the house, and it was such a treat to all be gathered together around such a beautiful table with such an amazing view. The house was very easy to get to from the airport, and was close to Ft. Myers and Naples for our various excursions. The check-in instructions were very easy, and when I called to speak with the property management company (prior to our stay) they were so kind and efficient at helping us out! This was a wonderful and memorable stay. We would love to stay again next time we come to this part of Florida!

Amazing, relaxing family vacation at this beachfront paradise on Bonita Beach

We decided to take a last-minute, quick family vacation and came across this home. The place is so amazing and even better than the photos. Right on the ocean with a spectacular view! House was very clean, organized and complete with everything we needed. We pretty much had the beach to ourselves which was so clean and calm. All the beach gear was right there waiting for us. Kids spent more time in the heated pool than anywhere else. My favorite part was watching the sunsets every night from the deck with a glass of wine. We love to cook for the family rather than eat out all the time. So, the fully stocked kitchen was perfect for us! The second living room was perfect for the teenagers to hang out. Beds were very comfortable, linens and towels were fresh. Elevator was very convenient to carry luggage and groceries. The team at Collier Global Vacation Rentals was also amazing before, during and after our stay. Very professional and responsive to our questions and gave great tips on what to do with the kids. I highly recommend this place and we have already booked it again for next year! Thanks again for a fantastic stay!

Beautiful home

This location can’t be beat! It ideally located between Naples and Fort Myers, making either commute quick. The house was amazing and appreciated the throwback retro design, with the curved walls. The pool is nice to have when the kids are done with the beach. Only down side to the house is the upper stairs twin room gets a little warm, but it was 90-100F outside this past week. The beach also is covered in shells and we had several people cut our feet on them. Make sure you wear sandals or water shoes! Overall, the house is amazing and worth every penny you’ll spend. It is much more than we were expecting from the pictures!

Beautiful Beach House!

This beach house has everything you need! The whole family enjoyed going back and forth from the beach to the pool at our convenience, along wjth sitting on our balcony watching dolphins go by every morning! The property manager was great and very communicative throughout our whole stay. We hope to be back some day!

Great Bonita Beach location

Beautiful ocean front residence with wonderful views from the second and third floors. Master bedroom on the third floor with very large bathroom, walk-in shower, jacuzzi and separate water closet. Sitting area with curved windows off of the master bedroom complete with binoculars to view dolphins and manatees. We enjoyed sitting in this area after a day at the beach just to take in the view. Second bedroom on the third floor with twin beds. Disappointed that they were not extra long. Bedroom on the second floor and an additional bedroom on the ground floor. Bedroom on ground floor without windows. Closet on that level is also a storage room for the house. We had to re-arrange to make room for our clothing. Well stocked kitchen. Elevator worked well when moving luggage. The sectional sofa in the family room looked nice, but was very uncomfortable. Six adults and we all had a very nice time. Thirty minutes to the airport and thirty minutes to 5th Avenue, Naples.

Great property

Really enjoyed the house. Property right on the beach and close (<5 minute drive) to several restaurants. There are great views of the ocean/sunset from the property. The house had beach towels, beach chairs, etc. so didn't have to haul anything with us on the trip. Kitchen is well-equipped and plenty of seating for everyone.

Lovely setting

It's hard not to like a property on the beach with its own pool and gorgeous sunsets! The kitchen was well equipped (except for the lack of garbage bags) and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The property manager was accessible and helpful. There was a chlorine issue with the pool which was corrected. The 2 children were happy with the pool toys and we enjoyed the week that we spent there.

This property is amazing. It was everything we hoped it would be. The location right on the beach was perfect. The pool was warm and enjoyed often. The home was perfect! Awesome location. House had everything we needed- the elevator was an added plus.! We rented paddle boards for the week- I highly recommend it- the water was just amazing. Finding that sand dollars live all over the bottom of the water was a wonderful surprise- so cool. When we had questions or concerns Arlan was very quick to respond ( thank you!). Family Vacation

We had a great stay. The house fit our family well and was very comfortable. There were beach supplies and we contributed 4 more beach chairs to the collection. With it being a hot July, the beach tent was great to have. We also enjoyed having the pool to cool off. Loved it!

Great location but needs updating

The house location and beach were amazing! House was clean except patio cushions were stained and pool was dirty when we first got there. Had to request the pool to be cleaned which took a few days. House is in need of major updating as it’s pretty worn out. Couch cushions are almost flat and kitchen utensils have seen better days! But, it still was a very nice vacation as the beach was awesome! If owners could invest a little in updates it would be a 5 star rating for sure!
