20 G Street is a wicked awesome large house - perfect for family reunions and large gatherings. This is a great place to pull your family together, grab some lobsters and spend some quality time together 1/2 a block from the beach and 2 miles of boardwalk!!

It has been Family Reunion Central for our family over Labor Day weekend for the past 9 summers. Great memories!!!

20 G has gone thru 8 winters of renovation.... all new electrical, laminate flooring, new kitchens, mattresses are 6 years old, all bunk beds are 5 - 7 years old, all new showers and updated bathrooms.

Mitsubishi mini split provides A/C in the massive living room. 30,000 BTUs of cooling/heating on the second floor. 5 bedrooms and kitchens on the first floor have heat and A/C

-- Labor Day weekend is booked with our personal family reunion that we have been hosting at 20 G for 9 years!

- Sleeps 32 in twin beds and twin bunk beds with a bedroom dresser for each person
- 14 bedrooms
- 11 updated bathrooms with walk in showers (no bathtubs)
- 3 kitchens; each with a stove, microwave and 2 refrigerators, toasters, coffee makers, pots/pans, dishes and glasses
- 700 square foot air-conditioned common area to hang out in with a 60" Smart TV

Awesome property for large families!

This property is huge! We have a large extended family that always come up to Hampton beach the same week every summer. We usually stay in 2-3 cottages spread out along the beach, but with this property, we were all able to stay together in the same house-which was great! The owner was around if we needed anything and was easy to work with. We definitely recommend this property if you have a large family that would like to all stay together!
