This "Tropical Paradise" is located on the west end of Panama City Beach. This is the quiet and family oriented end of Panama city Beach. This "Tropical Paradise" is a great family vacation spot to make memories that will last lifetime. It is a 3 Bedroom 2.5 bath family dream house. One of the bathroom offers a Jacuzzi Bathtub for 2. It can easily make for a great family vacation or a romantic getaway for those wanting privacy. It will accommodate a large family or invite others to join you and split the cost.

The outside is easily accessible without disturbing others. The side and back yards are fenced in with the pool in the same area. Step right off of the porch and step right on the pool deck. So you can lounge around the pool and still watch children playing in the yard while grilling out and making memories.

HERE IS AN UPDATE ON THIS PROPERTY AS OF NOVEMBER 2021 WE HAVE BEEN DOING A LOT OF UPGRADES AND UPDATING TOTHE PROPERTY. HERE ARE A FEW, THE SOFA AND LOVESEAT AND OTHER LIVING ROOM FURNITURE HAVE BEEN UPGRADED WITH ALL NEW ONES. ALL NEW APPLIANCES HAVE ALSO BEEN INSTALLED, THE GRANITE KITHCHEN COUNTER TOPS. CABINETS HAVE BEEN REDONE. THE HARDWOOD FLOORS HAVE ALSO BEEN RESURFACED. THE DOWN STAIRS AND UPSTAIRES HAVE ALSO BEEN REPAINTED. NEW PICTURES WILL BE POSTED AS SOON AS ALL WORK IS COMPLETED, THIS SHOULD BE DONE AROUND THE MIDDLE TO THE END OF JANUARY 2022.

This unique property has everything that you could want with pool and directly across the street from the beach. Plus it is Reasonably Priced. What more could you ask for?

The property was so beautiful and in the perfect location! The pictures and description online fit the property perfectly, and I was very happy with my stay. Super close to the beach, and the backyard/pool area was superb. The property manager was easy to talk with and very accessible as well. My friends and I loved our stay!

Perfect Location

Nice home just outside of PCB...away from the large crowds which is what we wanted. Easy walk to beach. Gated community. Upstairs bedroom was warm at night when door was closed otherwise a perfect place to stay. We will be planning future trips here.

Perfect vacation!

This was my first time to Panama City Beach. My family and I loved everything about the house and beach. House is beautiful and we had everything we needed. Beach was only a few steps away. We loved the pool. Beds are super comfortable. The owner was so nice and helpful. We may just make this our yearly vacation house.

We got to the house at 10, and our check-in was not until 4 and he let us check in at 12! He was so amazing with communication and the house was absolutely spectacular! The location is SOOO nice! Will definitely be coming again!

The check in process and communication with the host were exceptional. He even allowed an early check in which was unexpected, but greatly appreciated after a long 16 hour drive! The house was exactly as advertised. The location was phenomenal. The house was exactly what we had hoped. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved this place!

My friends and I stayed here during our spring break and had a fantastic experience! The neighborhood was quiet, super close to the beach, had great common spaces to make tons of memories! Not to mention it’s walking distance from a Dunkin Donuts and Walgreens!

Owner was great and quick to respond. Great location and house, pool. Had a few hiccups with codes and especially in getting Wi-Fi which was frustrating but by the end of the week all was taken care of.

We really enjoyed staying here. The place was nice and very clean. The check in process was easy. The only issue was that the internet never worked during our week stay. I was supposed to work during that week and wasn’t able to because the wifi was down the whole time.

Fall Break Beach Trip

We had a wonderful time on our visit to Sunnyside. The house had been updated and location to beach was perfect. Kitchen could have had additional items to make cooking at the house easier but not a huge problem as we ate out many meals.

Wonderful and peaceful vacation!

My family and I had a wonderful time. Having the pool right there! What a wonderful perk! The house was great. Everything we needed!! Jeff was great! I am a worry wart. He never said a word. Just answered me. Can’t think of a thing that was negative of the house or owner. But as renters…. We went to use the grill. It needed a large deep clean. I am sure if we would have said anything to Jeff he would have jumped on it. But we just walked down the road and went to a great restaurant. Thank you for allowing me and my family to be part of your renters! We will be back if you will have us! Bless you!

Nice getaway!

The house location is what we needed on the quiet less busy end but yet a 10-15 min drive and everything was available. The house has been renovated some as stated better kitchen and living area is great but definitely still needs work as we had a door knob fall off and kitchen cabinet but those things are manageable. The cleaning crew needs to step up their game, I understand this isn’t Jeff’s fault as he does well at juggling many properties and even came over personally to clean to pool for us. We also had a cable issue in 1 bedroom which isn’t a big deal to us expect my kid wanting it at night or rainy days. We would stay here again if this was & continued to be a competitive rate as Jeff is very responsive and we truly enjoyed this house! Thank you so much for hosting us Jeff can’t wait to see how it comes along in the future! Many blessings :)

Amazing

Our stay was amazing. The owner was very kind, kept in touch to make sure we were OK. The location was perfect. No crowds or traffic. Being on the end of front beach made it peaceful. If I had one thing negative, it would be wifi to watch movies but that is it. We made it work. The house was clean, enjoyed the pool with my family and just to be able to walk across the street to go to the beach ⛱️. Wow. It's a very peaceful area. We truly thank you for allowing us to build more memories with our family. I have saved your home for next time we come, love love it.

Paradise

This was an amazing albeit short weekend getaway house. The pool is so enticing and relaxing. We loved the convenience of the location to the restaurants and shops, and being directly across the road from the beach was really nice!!

Why they chose this property

This property is located directly across the street from the beach and the beach access (#95). It is located on the more desirable west end of Panama City Beach. This is the quite, family oriented part of Panama City Beach. No busy road to cross, no hi rises to contend with and all the people that come along with them. Just good family fun.

What makes this property unique

Property has private pool and back yard for the kids to play in and the family to enjoy there time together. Also located in a gated community of only 45 properties.
