Completely private, elegant interior, gracious setting with sunsets over Georgica Pond. Canoe or kayak direct to the ocean beach where you can be alone. The boathouse offers a gorgeous separate setting for gathering, reading, cocktails as the sunsets. Markets and shopping of every kind nearby without going into the village center.
What makes this property unique
Beyond the noise and congestion of village streets, but near enough to the center of the village, and a bike ride to the beach.
