Apartment with lots of character renovated and fully equipped. It has a large bright living room. The apartment is located on the ground floor.

This apartment, completely renovated and equipped, can accommodate up to 4 people (one bedroom equipped with a double bed and a living room equipped with a very comfortable double sofa bed). You will enjoy the apartment in full and will be free to use all the equipment. Sheets and towels are fully provided. Unlimited internet (fiber optic), TV, equipped kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine and microwave.

Access of travelers :
Access to the entire housing (not shared with the owner).

Other remarks :
The cleaning fee includes cleaning upon arrival and after check-out but also linen, towels, toiletries, and coffee upon arrival.
Only one set of keys will be given for your stay.
You will be asked to send an original version of your ID upon arrival.
The arrival is carried out in an autonomous way thanks to a key box. All the information to access the accommodation independently will be sent to you by message before your arrival. The flat will be available after 5pm. If you want to check in before 5pm, an extra charge of 20 euros will be asked.

When you leave, thank you to return the accommodation as you found it on your arrival.
The cleaning fee will be charged a second time in case of failure to respect the time limit for departure.

For your tranquility, the common areas of the building and the exterior accesses to the accommodation are under the surveillance of an automatic recording camera.
