Between Angers and Saumur, located on the grounds of the Manoir des Rosiers, surrounded by lavender and roses, small, fully restored lodge recently offers a romantic mezzanine bedroom and a lounge / kitchenette. You get your private terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue and the vast communal garden where there are the heated pool from May to September and the hot tub on the terrace of the pool house and the theater installed in a separate barn. Bed linen, toilet linen and kitchen necessities, available logs, bicycle hire, cleaning fee at end of stay, all included in the price. Internet connection. Free WIFI. Séjour idyllique

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La propriété est magnifique, le gîte est parfait, propreté irréprochable, piscine, jacuzzi et salle de cinéma au TOP. Sans oublier la gentillesse des propriétaires très sensibles à notre confort. Nous recommandons sans hésitation.

LOVELY GITE

We spent four nights in this lovely Gite and thoroughly enjoyed it. Maia is an excellent host and gave us a very warm welcome. The property is beautifully decorated and very clean. We enjoyed a great pool in a lovely garden and there was also a hot tub. Lovely relaxing area. Only comment would be that cooking facilities are limited but not a big issue! We hope to visit again.

An oasis of tranquility

Beautifully restored Manoir and outbuildings, well equipped and comfortable. In fact, the most comfortable bed ever!!!! Extremely savvy and helpful host. Just a shame there are no "Pub" or restaurant facilities in walking distance.

Très beau gîte

Très bon accueil le gîte est très agréable avec une décoration très sympa et bien équipé pour deux personnes. Nous étions en période hivernale donc le poêle a bois était appréciable pour la chaleur et l'ambiance. D'autres prestations sont disponible en été comme précisé sur l'annonce. enfin un bon séjour dans une belle région.

Country Living

Fabulous welcome, the host met us on arrival, gave an excellent tour of the facilities and how everything worked. They were always on hand to assist, friendly and both spoke excellent English. The property was situated in a quiet village, very peaceful, but within easy reach of supermarket, bakery and tourist hotspots. We had a fantastic stay and would visit again in the future

A beautiful accomodation with wonderful hospitality

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Le Petit Manoir Pavilion in the Loire Valley. Maia and Frederick were very welcoming. We especially enjoyed our chats with Maia, nothing was too much trouble, she was truly delightful. The gite was beautiful and very comfortable with many tasteful touches. Our stay was only for 3 days and we had intended to visit many of the local attractions. We will need to return in order to do this however as we found it difficult to leave the beautiful pool and garden. A pleasant evening in the on site theatre topped off our stay. We look forward to returning very soon. Christine & Paul
