Its proximity to beaches and shops / restaurants are a plus! The apartment can accommodate up to 8 people and can therefore be suitable for one or two families.
It is located in a quiet residence, on the first floor of a 4-storey building. It has a small balcony (2 chairs maximum), 3 bedrooms, a living/dining room, a spacious and independent kitchen with a very nice bar/breakfast area. There is a full bathroom with bidet, small bath tub/shower and toilet. The gently sloping sandy beaches are nearby, 10 minutes on foot. Other beaches are found all along the coast. Parking is free on the street. You can access the communal swimming pool which is a 5-minute walk away. It is ideal for children. More detailed description of the apartment : The living room is composed of a lounge area and a dining area. The lounge area is equipped with a sofa bed (can be used as an additional bed for 2 people) and a flat-screen TV with international Astra satellite channels. The dining area has a large table and 5/8 chairs. The 3 bedrooms : The master bedroom has a double bed (140), a wardrobe and a desk. The second bedroom has two bunk beds, a wardrobe and a desk. The third bedroom has a double bed (130), a dressing room and a desk. The independent kitchen of 12 m² is fully equipped: a breakfast bar with bar chairs, a fridge-freezer, a gas cooker (bottle) with 3 burners, oven, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, crockery and cooking utensils. Cleaning materials are also provided. You can either bring your own sheets or buy my sheets option for 50E Towels are provided. Please bring your beach towels. In the rental price is included an air conditioning package of 50kwh/7 days. Any additional consumption will be charged.
