Our spacious holiday home in the sun-drenched south of Tenerife has a living space of 90 sqm on two floors and a 40 sqm private garden terrace.

The house is located in a residential area, where mainly locals and residents live.

Please note that our house is a non-smoking house, also with consideration for your subsequent tenants.

You can of course smoke on the terrace and the balconies.

You will find ashtrays in the living room cupboard.
