Villa El Vergel 1 ( VV-35/2/ 0001864 ) is located in the area of El Vergel on the popular Caleta De Fuste Golf resort. This detached 3 bedroom villa comprises about 110 sq m of internal living space comfortably catering for 4 - 6 people. The villa has card access to a lovely large communal pool nearby .

It is situated approximately 200 metres from the Elba Palace 5 star Golf hotel and 10 to 15 minutes walk to beautiful sandy beaches and bus routes all over the island. Car hire is very reasonably priced, with pickups at the Airport.

It is located approximately 15 minutes drive from the Airport, a 2 Euro bus ride or approximately 15 Euros in a Taxi. Puerto del Rosario can be reached in approximately 20 minutes by car.

The lively resort of Caleta , with bars, restaurants, and nightly entertainment is a pleasant 20 minutes stroll along the promenade and beach front.

The Atlantico commercial centre, containing the nearest supermarket can be reached within a 15 minute walk, where you will find a variety of shops, bars, restaurants and a 10 pin Bowling centre.

The villa has stylish décor with wooden furnishings, modern comforts and cooling tiled floors. The lounge has a 2 large sofas comfortably seating 6 people . We have also provided for your entertainment, a flat screen TV with UK channels including BBC, ITV and Sky New,. and a DVD player with a selection of DVDs,

WiFi is available, at cost supplied by FuerteWifi.

The kitchen is well equipped , including electric oven and hob, washing machine, dish Washer, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, Tassimo coffee maker and toaster. Tableware, glassware, cutlery and utensils for all your cooking, dining and serving needs.

The villa has 3 bedrooms, it sleeps six in 1 double en-suite, 1 double and 1 twin bedroom. Each of the bedrooms contain quality cotton bedding and duvets. Bath, hand and beach towels are supplied.

From the large roof terrace there are views of the sea beyond the golf course , and also views of the mountains to the South west.

There are regular bus services from the nearby Atlantico Centre to Correlejo, Puerto Del Rosario, the Airport, Gran Tarajal and Morro Jable.

Cars can be hired from the airport or in Caleta town. Motor cycles or scooters can be hired from the town at reasonable rates. We have had good service from PlusCar, Autoreisen and Payless for car hire and East Coast Rides for motor cycle and scooter hire.

A very comfortable, welcoming villa.

The villa was beautifully presented in a quiet part of town. The courtesy bus, 2 minutes away at the Elba hotel, was perfect for getting you toe Adlantico shopping centre and the wonderful promenade which took you into the main town. The villa was well equipped with all that is needed for a successful stay on holiday. The taxis are cheap and will be at the house in about 2-5 minutes when you phone. Alan, the owner, is very responsive to all entities. All in all a great stay.

Had a fab time at this lovely villa!😊

We had a great time staying at this lovely villa and there was plenty of space for me and my family. The internet worked well and we didnt have any problems with it. The use of the communal pool was really great which we used every day after exploring the island and its lovely beaches. We always got a sunbed and there were only about 10 people using the pool when we were so it was nice and relaxing after a long day.Mick and Pam were very nice and gave us advice on which resturants to eat at and beaches to visit. Everything you could think of was catered for a self catering holiday at this villa and we had a lovely time staying here for our first time on the island.The villa is ideally placed for exploring the island,it took us only 35/40 minutes to correlejo beach/town and 50 minutes to the zoo. We would recommend this villa to anyone as we had a lovely holiday here!

Fantastic family holiday home. Highly recommended.

My family rented this lovely villa for a week in July and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa was exactly what we had hoped for. The spacious villa was immaculately clean and very well equipped. The UK satellite TV allowed us to keep up with events in the UK and the kitchen and laundry room had everything we needed. The pool was immaculately clean and most of the time there was only a handful of people there. The location is a short walk away from the Atlantico centre on the sea front and the main beach at Caleta de Fuste is a further 600m approx. along the sea front. You have the option of the shuttle bus from the hotel, just around the corner. There's a fantastic selection of restaurants in Caleta de Fuste and the Atlantico centre. We had a hire car and the central location meant we could get to just about any location on the island in about an hour. We visited the dunes at Corralejo, Costa Calma and we had a great day out at Oasis Park. The owner couldn't have been more helpful and attentive and the experience was completely hassle free and pleasant. All in all a great holiday base and highly recommended. The only negative was that our stay was too short! 2 weeks would have been much better.

Excellent villa

We have just returned from 10 day holiday. This villa was excellent, very well equipped and in a very good position. Walking distance to the golf course and 5 Euro taxi ride to the centre with restaurants etc. Pam, the caretaker was extremely helpful and the villa was spotless when we arrived. There are numerous excellent restaurants in the area, would thoroughly recommend Fado Rock Steak House where they cook the steak at your table.

Excellent villa, would book again!

We had a great week in this lovely villa. We hired a car from Pluscar at the airport to explore the beauty of the island, which was well worthwhile. However, a car is not really necessary, as beautiful beaches and the vibrant town are just a 15 - 20 minute walk or short taxi ride away, normally about 4 euros. In the late afternoon we swam at the Golf hotel just around the corner, which serves excellent food and cocktails beside the large heated pool, or just sunbathed on the villa's roof terrace. We spent a couple of nights in, cooking a meal and watching a film on the TV. On the other evenings we usually walked to local hotels, bars or restaurants. There is an active local music scene, we often went to the Legends 60s bar after a meal and a few drinks during Happy Hour at El Capitan. We found everything we needed at the villa, the wifi worked well and the UK cable TV was handy to keep up to date with UK programmes and news. It looks like the villa had recently been redecorated. Will definitely book this villa when we next visit the island and would recommend to other visitors!

Lovely villa ,could do with blinds at the windows to stop the flies coming in though,would go agai😀

First impressions lovely and this didn't really change throughout our stay. Just a little thing,as mentioned blinds across the windows would be useful when we had them open -apart from that, overall experience excellent and would definitely return. Everything was catered for. Area very quiet -perfect. Highly recommended!!

Relaxing holiday ,Spotless villa

We have just returned from a fabulous holiday at this Villa. We were met by Carole and Alan who showed us round the villa and gave us a wealth of information about the area. As a couple, we found the villa large for our needs, but loved the sunny, airy lounge. The villa was clean, spacious, in a beautiful quiet location, and had everything needed for a great relaxing holiday. We specially enjoyed sun bathing on the lovely roof terrace and eating al-fresco on the downstairs terrace. The kitchen was well equipped with the bonus of a washing machine, handy as we travelled light with just hand baggage. Although we hired a car for a few days, which was great for exploring the island, it wasn’t really necessary as there is a free bus service just around the corner to the beach and town. We ate twice at the Angus Steak House ( 10 Euros for 3 courses ! ) and El Fado Portugese Restaurant which both served a wide choice of excellent food. We enjoyed walking round to the Elba Palace Golf Club for morning coffee and a drink and dancing to Patrick and his magical rythms ! The Atlantic Centre is a comfortable15 minute stroll, to the handy Supermarket, local hotels or beach. A taxi back, when we were laden with shopping , was 3 or 4 Euros and from centre of Caleta it was only about 5 Euros. Taxi to or from the airport is 12 – 15 Euros. We have travelled extensively and been able to consider carefully where we would like to spend holidays and time outside of UK. . After visiting Fuerteventura a number of times, we decided Caleta de Fuste was the ideal location. Not only for the pleasing all year round climate and sunshine, but the location is only 10 minutes from the airport, making transfers inexpensive and less stressful. Also appealing is the location of the golf course, literally on the doorstep ,the sandy beach at the end of the road, and the peace and tranquility offered at his location, which is essential when wishing to re charge the batteries.

The villa is ideally located, a 12 -15 Euro , 15 minute taxi journey from Fuerteventura airport.
It is just 15 minutes walk or a few minutes drive from the Atlantico shopping centre which has a supermarket, bank and a number of select boutiques as well as a cinema and bowling alley.
