Looking for a getaway where you feel "beachy" both inside and outside? "You Are My Sunshine" is the place for you!

You Are My Suinshine is a bright and newly updated vacation getaway with peak-a-boo views of the gulf from the large balcony, master bedroom, living/dining room, and kitchen. Enjoy beautiful lake views from the dining room, kitchen, queen size bedroom, and bathroom. We are just a short walk to the beautiful white sand beaches of the gulf making this space the perfect beach retreat!

Walk into our beautifully updated condo with an open floor plan of living room, dining room, and kitchen area. The kitchen has granite counter tops, updated amenities, and everything you need to enjoy a meal with your family. There is a large outdoor balcony (access from both the master bedroom and living room) with plenty of seating to relax, enjoy the views, listen to the waves, and watch the palm trees sway.

We have room for the whole family with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Comfortably sleeps 8.

The condo comes equipped with stackable washer/dryer.

Primary Renter must be 25 years old or older.

Golf Cart friendly - At Beachside Villas you are given 2 parking passes and a golf cart will count as one of your assigned spaces. Gas operated gas carts only as there are only 2 electrical charging stations which operate with a credit card. Guests should contact a golf cart company in advance.

We are located in the highly desirable and family-friendly Beachside Villas community, conveniently located on the south side of 30A with a 3-4-minute walk to the beach, and an 8 minute walk to Eastern Lake! Beachside Villas has two community pools, shuffleboard, and tennis courts to add to your vacation fun! This condo is a short drive to amazing dining on 30A, Seaside, Rosemary Beach and The Hub, or head east into Panama City Beach for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Beachside Villas amenities include two swimming pools (one seasonally heated), lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, grilling areas, and beautifully landscaped grounds. Open parking for two vehicles per condo.

CANCELATION POLICY: Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

NOTE: Accidental Damage Protection: Your Admin Fee includes an accidental damage protection plan. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible for paying if there is accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2500. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, and/or damages caused by pets. All guests will also be required to provide a credit card for damages that exceed the protection limit or are not protected by the plan.


The primary Guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter's Agreement and upload a copy of their ID.
