Only a few minutes walk from the shops and the charming village of Saint Etienne du Grès, in a quiet residential area, this house is ideal for families in need of rest and serenity or for sports and cultural holidays because the region is full of incredible sites to visit absolutely. Composed on the ground floor of a large living room with magnificent high ceilings, a fully equipped and fitted kitchen and a television lounge, upstairs is the sleeping area with 4 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 bathroom both independent. The garden, the shaded terrace and the 10.5 x 4m swimming pool will be very pleasant to enjoy the sun and the heat of the region.

Cleaning and sheets included - A lump sum may be deducted from the security deposit if the garbage cans have not been taken out by the tenant, if the house is returned in a deplorable state compared to the inventory of fixtures of entry and if laundry is missing.
