New home - Duplex - Each side sleeps 6

New home built March 2020. This listing is for both sides/ entire house, (Texas Girl and Florida Boy). Each side sleeps up to 6. Perfect for multi-generational families or two families vacationing together.

Both sides have complete kitchens with full size appliances. Central A/C, full size washers & dryers, & less than 1/2 a block to beach & restaurants.

Kitchen is fully equipped with everything: blender, chopper, pots, pans, knives, crockpot, cutting boards, etc.

Bathroom towels, sheets, pillows, all included! Just bring your own beach towels!

Beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrella, & lots of outdoor games all there for your use!

There are 2 outdoor showers - one on each side with hot & cold water, a large area under the house for grilling. There is a charcoal grill for your use as well as a large sandy area we had put in behind the house for the kids (or adults) to play in!

Each master bedroom has a private balcony, sink, & toilet. There is a shower room between the master bathrooms - similar to a Jack & Jill bathroom set up. Total of 4 master bedrooms in the house (2 on each side).

Each side also has a bunk room that is an open loft type area & each bunk bed has its own night light & usb plug. There is a dimmer light switch on the light for the bunk room for the kiddos that like a little more or less light. There is also a large smart tv in each bunk room.

What a perfect get away

We absolutely loved our stay. House was amazing. We had a large group and everyone had an amazing stay. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Fishing off the beach was great. We would absolutely stay here again for our next beach trip.

Great stay/amazing accommodations

We never had to leave the site!!! Walk to the beach, great views! Restaurants in walking distance. Water was left for us by the homeowner... even a welcome goody bag. She thought of everything!!!

Best Beach House

The property was fantastic. It is new construction, very clean, well equipped, great layout, convenient location - steps away from the beach. Communication with Abbey was always quick and pleasant. She welcomed us into her rental and ensured we had everything needed for a fantastic holiday weekend. Furniture was comfortable. We will stay here again the next time we;re in Surfside Beach.

My husband Mike and I grew up spending weekends and Summers at my Dad’s beach house in Surfside Beach. Many of you know it as Beachcomber! The beach community here is a small, close knit group of people that love the ocean as much as we do.

We have always planned on building our own home here in Surfside and SolMates is the result of our dreams, love, and wishes coming true!
