Great House in Old Town Scottsdale Highlands "85251" Perfect Location

Nice remodeled home situated on a huge double lot just 1.4 miles east of Old Town Scottsdale. Enjoy the Southwest feel of wide-open spaces inside and out, while being close enough to fully enjoy fine dining, Night life, golf courses and the best Spring Training events.
Entire House with 4 Bedrooms close to Old Town Scottsdale. Amazing Backyard with Heated Pool, BBQ, Fire Pit and Large Pergola with outdoor kitchen. The house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, 5 SmartTV's, Wifi A/C, Pool Table, Brand New putting green and outdoor games.

Please read*** Regarding Pool Heating*** We do not charge for pool heating***
Pool Heating is very weather dependent. If overnight temps drop below 50 degrees our pool heater will shut off. During the Months of December, January, Feb. We cannot guarantee pool to be warmer than 80 to 83 degrees. Please message me if you want to discuss futher. This winter we will be adding a pool cover please make sure to put the cover back on in the evening so keep the pool as warm as possible.

House Rule: We are trying to provide our guests with a great stay at our house. Please read the following house rules to make sure it's the right fit

1. Absolutely no parties
2. We do not allow any outside vendors like "Cabana Boys", DJ's, Jumpy houses - Yoga is okay
3. We have strict quiet hours 9pm to 8am. Any late night activities need to brought inside.
4. No outside visitors that are not on your reservation. Any additional guests or visitors need to be preapproved.

Perfect getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! Wonderful location that was close to Scottsdale and Phoenix. The property has it all - tasteful furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen for all of your needs, an outdoor kitchen to cookout, a beautiful backyard - with a pool, pool toys, yard games and a putting green, comfy beds and bathroom toiletries supplies. It’s been beautifully updated and renovated. We will absolutely stay again when we visit our daughter!

Spring Break Getaway

We had 2 families (4 adults, 4 children) staying at this property. We had a great time; the listing was accurate and the checkin process was seamless! The property was spacious enough to fit both families. The kids loved the outdoor space, specifically the pool. The location was convenient to the all the Phoenix attractions and airport.

Lovely oasis

We stayed here with 3 generations. The house set up comfortably with the 4 bedrooms and 3 baths.. We spent a lot of time in the backyard enjoying the pool (which was kept at a nice temperature), grilling, and relaxing. It was a quick drive to nice restaurants and the grocery store. A couple blocks away there are some parks that connect via walking trails.

Backyard fun!

We highly recommend this property for a fun getaway vacation. Location to old town is close and easy. In addition, the backyard with pool and all the fun and games made our house time so memorable. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything needed. A++

Amazing Place!

I can’t say enough good things about this home. The outdoor space is amazing. There’s plenty of space inside and lots of things like kitchen supplies, towels, etc. The host is also amazing. We had a coffee pot that broke and she even had a new one sent over by the end of the day. This rental is everything advertised and more. I would highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic house

Just finished 10 days at this amazing house. The location is fantastic - close to restaurants and shopping. The house itself is modern, clean and well stocked. The back yard was full of activities for all ages. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, great home.

This is the perfect home to stay at while exploring old town with friends/family. My group and I took advantage of all the amenities, especially the fire pit and games in the backyard. I communicated with Bertha through out the trip and she was quick to respond and super helpful. If I’m ever back in old town, this will be the first home I’ll search for.

Overall very comfortable place with a large layout

The place is large and comfortable. And beautiful back yard area. Everything was very cleanly. Would recommend for a group of people. They have very strict noise and light rules at the house for the neighbors that took away from the welcoming experience. One time we left an outdoor light on past 10pm and was messaged immediately about turning it off.
