Cozy Loft Space in 12 South near Belmont & Lipscomb ~ 10 min from Downtown

A light, airy haven 2 minutes from 12 South, one of Nashville's best shopping and restaurant districts. We are about 2 blocks from Lipscomb University, and just over a mile from Belmont University - perfectly situated for parents visiting college kids.

Guests can park in their own dedicated parking space, then enter this apartment by a separate entrance. One flight of carpeted stairs leads up to the living space.

Guests can enjoy a peaceful living room with a couch, two chairs, and television. There is a fully equipped kitchen complete with a chalkboard wall and coffee corner. The kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, full-sized refrigerator, pots and pans, coffee maker, utensils, and plates/bowls/cups.

The apartment has one bedroom with a magnificent king bed and Smart TV with all of your favorite streaming services. Under the king bed is a trundle bed. All bed linens are provided. The closet in the bedroom is very spacious.

The bathroom has a vanity, toilet, and shower/tub combo.

Our apartment is ideal for 2 guests (capable of hosting up to 3 guests) as it is a one-bedroom apartment with limited space. We can host 3 guests with 2 sleeping in the King bed and one on the twin trundle in the same bedroom.

We are also a mile or less from Belmont and Lipscomb University, so if you're a parent looking to move your student in or visit them for the weekend, we are a great spot for quick access to campus!

My family and I stayed here for a Lipscomb Parent's weekend. I cannot recommend this location enough! Very clean and Cody is a super host! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Absolutely wonderful

Very nice place!

Myself and a friend came to Nashville for the weekend just for a quick trip. The property is very close to downtown, easily accessible and exactly as depicted in the pictures. Apartment was clean and had everything you could possibly need. Bed is super cozy! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

This property was great! You are less than 15-20 mins from everything in Nashville. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and inviting. The neighborhood was very safe and upscale. I would definitely stay at this property again. Thank you for everything!

Wonderful experience!

We were visiting our daughter at Belmont and love the 12 South area. The loft was nice, very clean and comfortable. The nicest part however was dealing directly with the host, Cody, who was so kind and attentive. Any questions or needs we had were handled promptly without any issues. Super great guy to deal with! Nice place and convenient.

We stayed for a weekend trip here and the place was very nice. Easily located in a nice quiet neighborhood, street was a little busy but for the location it was not bad. We had our own parking spot with easy access to the property. Neighborhood was very quiet no issues with noise at all. The apartment was very well decorated and very nice, very clean and had everything you would need. We didn't have to contact the owners for anything while there but I am sure they would have been very helpful if needed. The location of this was very close to everything food, stores, shopping, and other things you might want to visit while in Nashville. I would recommend this property if looking for all of these things for a couple.
