Pet-friendly (1 dog) and beautifully decorated 3 Bedroom and 2 Bath, end-unit, condo in the stunning Pirate's Cove Resort. The property has an open floor plan to maximize the sound views from living, kitchen and dining areas. BV811 was recently remodeled, with updated kitchen, including granite counter tops, in 2016. With the renovation, new stainless-steel appliances and Washer/Dryer were also added. Master is sound-front with King bed and en-suite bath. 2nd bedroom holds a Queen bed and 3rd bedroom has a Pyramid Bunk, Living Room has a Queen Sleeper Sofa. 25' dock space located across the street in Rudder Canal #55 and covered parking is available under the condo. A Saturday turn-day is in effect for this property. Pirate's Cove is a gated community full of amenities including a community pool, tennis courts, clubhouse, fitness center, outdoor pavilion, and miles of lighted dock. Onsite restaurant, Bluewater Bar and Grille and Mimi Tiki Hut, just a few minutes' walk away, along with Ships Store and Pirate's Cove Marina. The community is golf cart friendly, and great for bike rides. This condo books up fast so don't miss your chance!
