This pool home is close to town, shopping and Medical Facilities. Nice split floor plan hosts 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, dining area, tile floors with carpet in the bedrooms. Ceiling fans throughout. King bed in master with TV, 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and 3rd bedroom has two twin beds with a Twin trundle. Patio set and BBQ. Quiet area and a perfect getaway to relax and enjoy the pool! Garage parking available with one side 32' deep. Additional parking on the side of house for your boats, toys etc. Cable and Internet. At this time the pool/spa DOES NOT HEAT. All rentals 30+ days, the renter is responsible for any Electric over $150 per month. Pet friendly with paid fee.

Lake Havasu Get away

The house is in a great central location, close to the lake, shopping and the London Bridge. The house is large enough and parking is great. The home could just use some TLC.

Needs some TLC but good location

We enjoyed the area, the home was in a good location and although it needs some updating it was a comfortable place. Bed in master not great. Biggest problem was the pool/spa heater did NOT work as advertised, which we booked the home because it advertised heated pool/spa. We did contact the property manager and let them know the heat wasn't working and felt we should be given a small credit back and the owner did agree & refunded a small amount for this issue, but it was still a big disappointment to travel 1000+miles thinking we could enjoy a heated pool/spa and it was too cold to enjoy. Good news is that they are supposed to be replacing the pool heater, so the issue should be resolved soon for future guests. The pool plaster was in bad shape and there was algae all over the pool too, so definitely needs tlc. The dryer doesn't work well, again I think it's just time for some updating... Overall, decent place, but could be great with a little TLC.

Birthday getaway to Havasu

The house was located in a perfect location. Had all the amenities we needed. It was the perfect accommodation for all our family. Plenty of room for all and the pool was a plus for those not wanting to go on the lake. Super easy check in and check out. Would definitely rent again!

Loved it. Very clean. If we needed something someone on their behalf would be there without hesitation. Nadien was easy to talk to nd eqsy to get a hold of. Cannot wait to plan my next Havasu vacation there.

Good location

Good location close to the river and London Bridge. Nadine was great with accommodations. The only thing is that some of the rooms don’t have cable so if they could use an update on some of the older TV’s. If you want to use the Jacuzzi during summer I would let them know in advance because it normally does not have propane for use.

Very Clean and Close to the Lake

The house was very clean and had a nice layout. The kitchen could use some updating as far as glassware and utensils. But everything overall was great. Because of Covid, we brought our own towels and bed linens. But there was plenty available onsite. We could not figure out the spa - my husband followed the directions but it still did not work. He is usually very handy and can get anything to run. Would stay here again.
