Beautiful chalet with all amenities for 8 people in Saint-Chaffrey, located on the heights, in a quiet area.
Ground floor entrance, garage, toilet, storage area with washing machine.
First floor:
Main living area with living room, insert fireplace, fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, cooking plates, microwave, extractor hood, kettle, raclette appliances, fondue, filter coffee machine) open to dining area, with access to South-facing balcony.
A separate television lounge, full South terrace, with beautiful unobstructed view.
Second floor:
2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and adjoining shower rooms, as well as 2 bedrooms with double beds and adjoining bathrooms, 2 separate toilets.
Very good overall condition.
Ski slopes accessible by shuttle (400 metres) or by car (2.5 kilometres from Chantemerle ski lifts).
End of stay cleaning included
Bed linen and towels available as an extra upon request
Options:
-Double bed linen 22€ - single bed 16€
-Towel kit 10€ (1 bath sheet + 1 towel)
