Très bel appartement

Bel appartement ensoleillé et bien décoré dans un quartier très animé et central. Tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour agréable et sans soucis. Belle petite cour en bas avec une table, des chaises et des plantes. J'ai passé un mois très agréable!

Piccolo studio accogliente, confortevole e riposante

Il monolocale è molto confortevole, pulito, accogliente, ben equipaggiato e molto silenzioso. I letti sono comodi e gli elettrodomestici funzionano perfettamente. La piccola sala da bagno comprende, oltre ad una doccia abbastanza ampia, una lavatrice molto pratica e, soprattutto, non è cieca, ma ha una basculante, cosa apprezzabile. L'immobile è ben tenuto e pulito ; l'ingresso poi con la corte interna fresca e arredata di piante verdi è davvero notevole. Metro e autobus sono a portata di mano. Non ci sono parole per descrivere il quartiere, uno dei più belli di Parigi. Unico neo: il caldo soffocante che, trattandosi di un sottotetto con un tetto in ardesia, ed avendo solo due basculanti sullo stesso lato, il piccolo ventilatore non riesce a mitigare più di tanto. Probabilmente i mesi estivi non sono i più adatti per abitarvi. Per il resto, davvero un'ottima soluzione per trascorrervi soggiorni anche di media/lunga durata.
