Lovely poolside villa - located on popular Beach Front Resort

Our villa is situated on one of the best resorts in Lanzarote with its own beach front and sea-water fed lagoon. The resort has 6 beautiful plazas each with its own large swimming pool and separate children's pool, meaning it is never too busy even in the Summer months. The villa benefits from its own patio/garden and barbecue area with outdoor furniture for alfresco dining. With the swimming pool just a few metres from the patio this all makes for a very relaxing holiday. The onsite facilities include, 2 restaurants, 2 bars, gym (additional fees apply), health spa (additional fees apply), tennis court (additional fees apply), internet, kids club (additional fees apply) room and nightly entertainment. The town and the award winning Las Cucharus beach are just a 5 minute walk away so well worth a visit. In town you will find some excellent restaurants, tapas bars, bars and shops.

Great Villa
Family of 5 with older teenagers. Excellent communication from owner. Great villa, 3 double beds. Complex really nice with decent pools and access to beach. Loads of quality nearby restaurants and bars. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again. Thanks Wendy, you made the stay hassle free.

Really nice complex well maintained, no problem getting into the apartment just a little issue with the water but nobody's fault it was a burst pipe soon got sorted.appartment was clean but feel it could do with a little TLC would stay again we really enjoyed our stay it was right next to the pool only thing it does need new sunbeds all ripped and worn you could not use them the ones that was ok people we're putting them in there appartment grounds for next day.

Everything was great, especially liked having loads of spare towels and dishes/cutlery (traveled with grown up kids and teenagers so came in very handy!) fantastic host, really quick to respond, even there for us when we had a problem in middle of night, my son who is full time wheelchair user got round apartment great, could access all top areas (including 3 pools) of complex but the ramps were too steep for bottom half, excellent value for money, we can’t wait to go back as it really felt like a home from home we all loved it, thank you so much Wendy 😊

very good apartment good holiday, but sands beach itself is overrated and the bars and shop are way overpriced staff not very friendly ,outside resort very good will go back to costa teguise loved the place but not at sands beach.

fantastic apartment at Sands Beach could not have been more perfect
I have been to Sands Beach 3 times now with tour operators and this private apartment booking has been the best apartment I have experienced, it is in a perfect spot on a lovely Plaza,in my opinion the best one on the resort. It is close to the pool and the children,s pool for families, I went in middle June 18 and it was quiet. The apartment well,I have nothing negative to say at all. It is very clean and well looked after, very comfortable sofas unlike the tour operator apartments sofas, well stocked with everything needed for a two week stay. Very safe place for single travellers like myself. Wendy the owner was always available to communicate with by email text or phone, lovely lady cares about her clients. I have absolutely no hesitation to recommend this apartment with Wendy. I have already pre booked for next year.

Great location, spaceous villa!
We had a fantastic time at sands beach, having the pool right on your doorstep is a huge bonus. The villa needs a little updating and the mattresses replacing but Wendy is actually doing this on her next stay. The villa has everything you need from fridge freezer, microwave, iron, hairdryers, DVD player, tv, stereo etc! You will need to purchase some cleaning products to give the villa a clean throughout your stay as it will only get cleaned once unless requested. Plaza Palmeras is on of the quieter plazas which was fine with us and it’s also very close to the entrance so no need to go down any steps!

Escaping the snow
We arrived late and just went straight to the onsite supermarket to get some things for supper. We were welcomed at the accommodation by one of the resident cats. The property was clean and had everything you could need. We really enjoyed this relaxing holiday but if you wanted there are plenty of things to do. Only one criticism the pool was so cold we couldn’t use it but if you walk down to the lagoon the pool there is heated.

loved Costa Teguise
Costa Teguise is more varied than Puerto del Carmen. Lots of different squares with a wide variety of bars and restaurants. Sands Beach is a very nice resort right on the beach front with live entertainment in the large bar area. Can be windy, but with an excellent bus service to anywhere on the island, no need to rent a car

Fantastic villa
We had fantastic relaxing week here, everything we could have needed was supplied, including dishwasher, washing machine, safe, portable heaters for cool evenings & fans for the warmer days, everything was spotless & well maintained, great poolside location, close to main reception & supermarket on the top level of this great resort, villa has a very accessible wet room with loads of towels & bedding supplied. Wendy was so helpful supplying info on the local area, restaurants, bars etc, great English breakfast in Mai Tai which also has a lovely seafront terrace it’s a real sun trap. Can’t wait to return to this beautiful villa. G&M

Fabulous apartment really modernised with a homely feel
What can I say from day one the owner was most helpful and easy to deal with.Apartment was clean spacious with everything supplied that you would need.It can be very breezy here (thank god) but this apartment had new doors fitted and not a draught to be found which in previous apartments this can be annoying especially in the night time.Stayed at this resort before and intend staying again and for sure would recommend this Resort and owner as Wendy was a dream to deal with👍🏻👍🏻

I have been visiting Costa Teguise for many years, going back to when I was a child holidaying with my parents and have many fond memories.

Now I am married with a family of my own, we have two little girls aged 5 and 6, we regularly visit the villa as a family and the children absolutely adore it.
They play in the pool, the playground and the beach, collecting small crabs and fish in the rock pools.
When they were toddlers, the baby pool and the sloping floor to the main pool were a godsend. Having a swimming pool on your doorstep is a great benefit to stroll to and from with snacks and drinks from the Villa.

Why they chose this property

We have experienced many 'good times' that we want others to experience.
This is a fabulous resort for all ages.
Our Villa will accommodate all of your needs, it is comfortable and benefits from a flat screen LCD TV, DVD player and Music System with Bluetooth connection, which will allow you to stream music.
Washing Machine, with clothes horse, iron and ironing board, and hairdryer.

What makes this property unique

This Superior one bedroom Villa is perfect in every way, hence the reason we fell in love with it.

Our villa has been adapted to include all floors on one level, and slightly widened door openings to help with wheel chair access. There are no hidden steps, which is perfect for small children, elderly and disabled guests.
The villa has recently been updated with new wooden flooring throughout.

Our swimming pool is ideal, it has a sloping entrance, which again is fabulous for young children, the elderly and disabled.

Anyone booking will not be disappointed.
