Beachside studio with heated pool!

Beautiful newly renovated beach condo. Very family friendly quiet neighborhood.
Spacious 2nd floor studio floorplan includes sleeping space for 4 with a queen bed and queen size pull out couch. Full kitchen with seperate dining area. Heated pool, on site laundry and private parking. Closet is stocked with beach chairs, buggy carryall, sand toys and a small cooler. No busy streets to cross since we're on the beach just walk out of the condo and you're on the beach path. Tons of restaraunts, bars and ice cream places within walking distance.

Great location, cute studio

My husband and I took a short get away to St. Pete's Beach and stayed in this cute studio apartment. It is a great location - not a beach view, but steps away from the beach. Restaurants and bars are a very close walk (less than a block) from the apartment. We would absolutely stay again. The only negative were the people staying in the apartment on the same floor - they were up smoking and partying a few of the nights until late, but that is not a reflection on the property and nothing the owner can control. We still had a great time and loved the area.

Everything we needed and more

This studio had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked, even with to go coffee mugs. Beach towels and chairs all there and in terrific shape. We ate in most of our trip and it went smoothly. Location is terrfic and walking distance to so much to do and see. Host was terrific to work with. We would definately consider a repeat visit.

Great Location & Stay!

We stayed 6 nights at this location and are looking to book again next year! This condo was a short walk to the beach, where we enjoyed a beach grill for breakfast most mornings. The space was a cute and bright layout with many windows and amenities nearby! The property manager was 10/10 to deal with and was a seamless booking. Thanks!

The perfect getaway place!

My husband and I had an amazing week at this beautiful property! The unit is stocked with everything you will need for a great beach vacation! We didn’t rent a car so we walked everywhere or rode the free public trolley. So many great restaurants and ice cream shops are literally just a short walk away! The beach is just a few steps away! If you’re thinking about renting this property, do it!!! It’s great!

Accurate description

The property was at a convenient location. The mattress on the bed was pretty soft. The curtain in the kitchen is pretty see through at night time and linking rate into the bed should be darker in my opinion. Overall It was a great stay and communication was awesome.

Awesome weekend getaway...

My best friend and I wanted to get away for a long weekend. We wanted a pool and the beach which this property had both! The bed was incredibly comfortable. We had such a great time, we ant to make this an annual trip!!!

Super nice and beachy studio

I was impressed from the moment we walked in. Its decorated nicely. One thing i really liked were all the windows, which make it so bright . The kitchen had most everything you needed, like pot, pans, toaster, coffee maker, etc. The bed was super comfy, with lots of pillows, and a nice extra blanket. We really enjoyed having a balcony to sit out, and drink coffee every morning. Its a great price for all thats included, plus the beach is a very short walk, and the pool was great too ! anyone would really enjoy this place.

Perfect beach getaway spot

This property is a perfect spot for a nice beach getaway. It's located right across a non busy street from a beautiful beach. The place itself was clean with a comfortable bed and a nice little patio to have your morning coffee to get your day started. It also came with beach chairs, umbrella and other beach day needs. The owner responded right away if I had any questions. It's also within walking distance from many great happy hour locations and restaurants. My wife and I can't wait to go back again.

Perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Beach, restaurants, & bars all close and within walking distance. Transportation options in the area keep you from the expense of renting a vehicle. We will be back!

Perfect Location

Everything about the property and location was just what we were looking for. We could walk to just about everywhere and the beach was a 1min walk. We look forward to heading back next year!

Cute little condo

My wife and I had a short stay in this unit. Unit was supplied with everything we needed. Unfortunately, mother nature didn't cooperate. Bed is very comfortable, but a king bed would be nice. Close to beach and food places are walkable when the weather is good. Overall, it was nice just to get away.

Cute little condo

It was a perfect condo for our family of 3. Within walking distance to several restaurants & shops. The beach is so close that you walk to it within a few minutes. The owner is very responsive & we had a wonderful stay!

I am a married mother of 5 and always dreamed of owning a condo at the beach. I love hosting our beautiful little place and sharing the spectacular beach with guests.

Why they chose this property

We absolutely love St Pete Beach and this area is a quiet, safe little neighborhood with tons of restaurants, shops and ice cream places, all totally walkable. Every Sunday there is a big farmers market with lots of food and local art. The pool is heated year round and the property is very well maintained, no pets or smoking anywhere on the premises.
