Différent avec le propriétaire sur le ménage en sortie de location

Ayant réglé des frais de ménage nous n'avons pas passé l'aspirateur ni la serpillière à notre départ. La propriétaire qui n'était pas au courant que des frais étaient réglés nous fait le reproche par téléphone et sms. Elle n'était pas présente à notre départ qui a eu lieu dans les horaires précisés. Je ne referais jamais cette erreur, ce différent nous ayant gâché la fin de notre séjour.
