All the furniture/decor is new - the owner has left nothing out as the unit is stunning! A tropical chic decor adorns this condo, along with awesome views of both the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Sound. The kitchen, dining, and main living area are steps above as you walk in the door and steps below are the two bedrooms with their own bath. There is a balcony off the primary bedroom and also from the den upstairs. Palm Beach Club is perfectly located at the end of Fort Pickens Road before the National Seashore. Tucked away from the crowd you can truly be on vacation. The property is gated lending more privacy. Unit 228 will be one you will want to return to again and again to make more vacation memories.

THINGS TO KNOW
Complex renovations will begin in November 2023 and will last roughly one year. During this time, there will be periods when guests may not have access to their balconies and/or vacation rentals. There will also be loud noise, vibrations, and dust generated. There may be times the interior is exposed to outdoor elements as well.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
