Amazing sixth-floor condo with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms right in the heart of all the action on Pensacola Beach at Emerald Isle Condominiums. This rentals features a balcony off the main bedroom and living room directly overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! There is also a private washer/dryer, central AC, and free WiFi. Every room in this condo has a TV. There is a 42' Plasma TV in the living room with a VCR/DVD, and TVs in the main bedroom and guest bedroom. Beautifully decorated with tropical beach décor, this condo is equipped with a king in the main bedroom and a queen in the second bedroom. The main has its own private bathroom and the other bathroom is conveniently located near the second bedroom and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very nice!
Nice interior and a great view! Direct access to the beach and loved the pool. Would definitely stay here again! I personally liked that there wasn’t a lot of decor because I have a 3 year old that likes to get into things. I didn’t have to worry about him breaking anything so that was a plus as well!

Location makes it worth it
The location was great. Views were beautiful. Nice big balcony was great. The place could use some updates, but nothing that interferes with your trip. Just seems the owners are cheap and don’t want to put time and money into making it better and more appealing. Definitely needs a restocked kitchen. Without the oven working, the counter top over worked fine, but there was only 1 small skillet to cook. Our reason for a condo was to utilize the kitchen which was a challenge with so few utensils. Overall though, it was a great experience and we would stay again.

Beautiful View
I was very pleased overall and would definitely stay here again! It was very nice, but it could use a little TLC. The oven was a little wobbly feeling and the breaker was switched off for it. The ice maker worked, but not the dispenser. However it's one of the first places that leave the guest toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent and laundry soap. You can't beat the beautiful view!

Relaxing getaway
Had a wonderful time.The unit we stayed in was exceptionally clean and the view was fantastic. The oven didn't work (we were informed of this, but not until long after we had reserved and paid for the unit), but that wasn't an issue for us, and I thought the blender more than made up for that. We rested well with the great pillows in the rooms, I would definitely come back again.

The condo was perfect for the price. We were not worried about how modernity decorated the condo was or about a kitchen being updated to the newest trends, but instead wanted cleanliness, convenience, great beach views, easy access to beach, safety, and roominess. This had all of those! The kitchen is functional and well-stocked with dishes, etc. The bathrooms are decent and the jetted tub worked well. The beds were firm but not uncomfortable, even the sofa bed. The TV’s are small In the bedrooms but who care? We can watch TV at home and the living room TV was fine for those who wanted to watch a movie at night. The wifi was good. We were there to be together close to the beach. This was accomplished and we had a lovely stay.

Awesome location but very old apartment
Location is the only thing I would recommend this condo. The condo itself is very old and old basic furnishings. The appliances are old too. This is not at all a luxury condo. As long you don’t care about the code it’s fine.

This unit was perfect for our group. Location was perfect, close to restaurants, bars and shops. Loved the beach and hot tub. Washer and dryer was useful. Great view from patio. Loved it here... 2nd bedroom could use new mattress in near future.

Good trip
Everything was good, not a big fan of all of the 6 digit codes coming in from the beach to the pool area, then enter again to get inside the condo. Just a hassle when your hands are full coming from the beach. But I understand the safety and security. Clean room and everything was as it showed prior to my booking. I will stay again and recommend!

Loved how open and roomy the living area/kitchen is, nice view and balcony. Very clean. King bed was okay to sleep on but a little loud when moving around and fitted sheet wouldn’t stay on, also small tv in both bedrooms that should be upgraded. Overall would stay here again

Great beachside location
Great, convenient beachside location. Had an issue with the oven when we first arrived, but they fixed it right away. Had three kids with us and was plenty of room for us all. Would highly recommend.

Great vacation rental!
Had an awesome stay here. Nice and clean, beautiful views and people were easy to deal with. We had a bit of trouble getting in because of problem with gate, but after that small hiccup, everything went smoothly.
