Situated on a quarter acre landscaped, fenced lot. You’re less than a mile from Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village, then just another ½ mile to Uptown Sedona shops and dining. This 1,680 square foot home gives you room to spread out. No matter how you spend your day either hiking, biking or exploring Sedona and the surrounding areas this is the place you’ll want to come back to, kick off your shoes and relax.
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom. It has a new Casper foam king-sized bed, its own bathroom, giant walk-in closet, 43” smart TV with cable, full size standing mirror and patio with seating for 2.
Bedroom 2: Great bedroom with a new Casper foam queen sized canopy bed, double door closet, with great red rock views out the bedroom window.
bedroom 3: Good-sized bedroom with 2 new Casper foam twin-sized beds, double door closet, it shares a hallway full bathroom with bedroom 2 and is great for sleeping 2 people. Kids will love sleepovers in this room.
Sitting area (Great room): 2 sofas, 75” smart TV with cable, electric fireplace with remote, breakfast bar with 4 bar-stools, dining room table with seating for 6. Entry closet is where the corn-hole platforms and bean bags are stored, along with the hammock. 2 doors to the outdoor patio.

OUTDOOR EXPERIENCE: Furnished private sky-deck a great spot for enjoying the beautiful panoramic red rock views and star gazing in the evening. Furnished covered patio with built in gas BBQ and ceiling fan. Gas fire-pit adjacent to the outdoor patio (sorry no heating or cooking of food in fire-pit). Play Corn-hole in the side yard or lounge in the hammock for 1 or 2 in the backyard. Easy walking distance to the Brewer trail which connects to the airport trail-head.

KITCHEN: Fully appointed kitchen with everything you’ll need to prepare elegant or casual meals. The kitchen is supplied with a coffee pot, Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, gas cook-top, oven, dishwasher, Henkel knife block, spices, cooking oils, pots, pans, serving bowls, utensils, cutting boards, plastic dishware and glasses for outside use.

Perfect Stay

My daughter and I came to hike and explore the area. This home was a peaceful escape from the busy downtown. It is immaculate inside and outside. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. It was a perfect stay!

Perfect house for a perfect setting

The Sky-Deck House was perfect for our family’s week in Sedona. The house is in excellent condition and in easy walking distance to the Airport Mesa Loop trailhead. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and the views from the dining nook are breathtaking. The hosts are very communicative and have loads of helpful activity and restaurant suggestions for those new to the area. We will definitely try to stay here on our next trip to Sedona!

Everything I expected but wait, there’s more

Although I copied the address wrong, the host was able to redirect us and when we pulled up to the house, we were so pleased. The landscaping and curb appeal is almost artistic and clean. A special art piece greets you heartily. The house inside is impeccably designed including personal artwork from a granddaughter, adding a personal touch. The host has spent a lot of time designing this space to accommodate all of your needs from the dry eye solution, toiletries, games, books and maps, cutlery, pans and dishes that aren’t mosh mashed but tidy and well taken care of. Stepping up to the sky deck or rooftop patio was the best. Almost a full panoramic view, it was such a retreat after a long day of hiking. This home was so well thought of and communication with the host was met with quick responses and even tolerance as I shared pictures of our time there in Sedona. It’s close to trailheads and to town, shopping and places to eat. We will plan another trip there and bring friends. This was an A plus plus.

You can’t do better

This has been our third consecutive annual extended stay at Steve and Nancy’s property. It delivers exactly as promised, and more. It’s beautiful, calming, clean and well located if you like to day hike. You are away from the tourist crush in Upper Sedona yet still close to wherever you choose to go. We will never choose a different place to stay!

INCREDIBLE HOME!!!

We were blown away by this home! It was immaculate, it was stocked with everything you could ask for (including individual make-up remover cloths), it was decorated to the nines, and the location/views were perfect. The easy to follow instructions made check in and out a breeze. This home will not disappoint!! TRIPLED LOVED IT!!!

Amazing Getaway!

I know the pictures of this home are amazing, but the home itself is even better in person! We walked in and our jaws dropped as we took in all the room and the beautiful appointments. The accommodations surpassed all of our expectations. The landlords are amazingly responsive and the neighborhood is quiet and close to everything. Don't pass up the chance to stay at this location!

The house is perfect.

Everything is as described and as you see in the pictures. Everything is very clean and well maintained, including the outdoor area. It is furnished to a very high standard and there is nothing missing, there is also enough coffee for the filter machine and the Keurig. We didn't go to restaurants at all but enjoyed the Skydeck and BBQ. Communication with Steve is very good and quick. We have rented many houses in USA and Europe but this is by far the best, if we come to Sedona again we will definitely try to rent this house again.

Relaxing weekend

My friends and I stayed here for a relaxing girls weekend and we couldn’t have enjoyed it more! The house has everything you need, has stunning views, is perfectly located, and Steve is such a good host. The rooftop is the best spot! I will absolutely be staying here again the next time I’m in Sedona. 12/10 recommend!

Perfection in Sedona

We stayed for 11 days at this property for a second consecutive year. You cannot ask for a better place to stay: beautiful, spacious, clean, great location and an accommodating and gracious host. We won’t stay anywhere else!

Massive Little Details

We were extremely impressed by all the little details the owner provides. This highly-rated property deserves every 5-star earned and then some. The host is just as fantastic as the property. Pro tip: Grab one of the many coffee choices and head straight for the roof deck viewing area in the morning. If you are visiting Sedona, just add to cart now. The only way you can end up disappointed is if you picked a different property.

Perfect in Sedona

This home was perfect for our stay. The kitchen, the grill, the evenings at the fire pit - all amazing. We only ate out for lunch and canceled all dinner reservations- nobody wanted to leave at night after our daily adventures and just wanted to relax at the house. We grilled every night and the local grocery stores had a great selection.

Wonderful Experience!

We absolutely loved this property! The photos don't do it justice. This home is extremely clean and comfortable. The many options for outdoor seating was refreshing and relaxing. The location was very quiet but close to absolutely everything. I stayed with 3 other girlfriends and we all agreed we'd definitely use this property again in the future. Steve and Nancy were great communicators and we appreciated the whole experience!

Beautiful Property

Sky Deck is a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful views, especially from the sky deck! Star gazing was a highlight for our group of four. Owner, Steve was very helpful and responsive. The home is clean, modern and well appointed. If you love the outdoors, it has multiple seating places for your morning coffee or evening cocktails. I highly recommend!

Beautiful property!!!

There are so many wonderful things about renting this home, extremely clean, excellent communication with the owner, gorgeous views, great location! This house has several outdoor areas with beautiful landscaping. The view from the sky deck is breathtaking! The house looks even better in person. Very thoughtful details, toiletries in each bathroom for your first couple days, well-stocked kitchen with anything you’d need for cooking, so many outdoor sitting areas, bike racks, a hose right by the door to clean off your shoes after a hike. We went hiking on the Soldiers Pass trail to see the Sacred Pools, a Pink Jeep tour of Broken Arrow (highly recommend!) and went out to dinner at Mariposa (excellent but make reservations in advance) and The Hudson. Our last day we drove to Jerome (a quaint ex-mining town) and enjoyed the beautiful view and ate at the Clinkscale (a favorite that we’ve stopped at every visit to Sedona). We stayed at Sky Deck 3 nights but wish it could have been more. We’d love to stay again longer next time! Thank you Steve for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Lovely place in beautiful Sedona!

We absolutely loved our time in Sedona despite the unusual cold and rainy weather. The hosts were very responsive and caring. The place was in an ideal location with great views especially on the rooftop patio. The place was a perfect size for our family of 4 with everything you could need. I highly recommend staying there and visiting Sedona!
