This beautiful, beachfront vacation rental offers outdoor access from both the main bedroom and living area which leads out to a large balcony with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Highlights of this upscale and Bahamas-styled vacation rental include granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots, and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The main bath includes a jetted tub, a walk-in shower, and double vanity. Each bedroom and the living room have TVs and DVD players.

You will have the option to work out in the fitness center, play tennis on two secured courts, relax in the outdoor pool, swim laps in the seasonally heated lap pool, or unwind in the hot tub. Plus beach service is available for an added fee between March - October.You can even rent the on-site social room with stunning floor-to-ceiling views of the Gulf and pool area for your private event!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
