With beautiful tile flooring and an elegant ambience throughout, Spanish Key 304 provides picture-perfect accommodations for your next beach vacation to Perdido Key.

Upon entering, you will find a cozy guest bedroom, including an HD television and matching, relaxing décor. The guest bedroom leads into a private guest bath. The additional guest bedroom also includes an HD television. This lovely three-bedroom condo has a double sofa bed in the living area as an extra sleeping option.

The well-equipped kitchen boasts stunning granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of stage space which includes all utensils and appliances needed to create meals at home. The kitchen leads into the dining area and living room. The dining table seats four guests, and there are four additional bar stools by the breakfast bar area.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The. Best. Stay.
This was our 2nd time staying at the Spanish Key Condo. We specifically rebooked it because of the views, the wonderful rooms and customer service. It’s close to many stores or attractions as well. We’ll definitely be returning!

Just right!
Everything was clean and awesome. A simple and easy walk to the beach. Growing up in the Mobile area I was proud to call this kinda sorta home for a few days!

Overall a nice condo and great complex. Unit has some items that need repair…ice machine in bar area did not work, only one heating element in oven so took a long time to heat up, entry light too dim to see for laundry use, garbage disposal was not working at first, one bedroom did not have drawer storage.

I loved the location of the condo and the ease of the pool and beach access. The condo has plenty of room but the living area needed an additional comfortable chair or two. There were numerous repairs that need to be made and they were all reported to Vacasa.

Spanish Key Condo #304
Very nice...only problem was the coffee pot did not work...there was another one stored in the cabinet but it too had some problems. The third coffee pot in the cabinet did not work as well. We played around with the second one and was able to make some coffee but the unit needs a new one. Also would be nice to provide coffee filters...I had to use a paper towel the first morning. Overall...great place and I plan to rebook in the future.

Lovely condo but issues with management
The condo was clean, nicely decorated and everything was in good condition, very spacious and beautiful view of the gulf. The indoor pool was heated and nice clean beach access from downstairs. That’s being said, I could not give five stars because of how this listing was managed. Check in was listed at 4 pm but long story short we waited outside until 5:30 while the cleaning staff prepared the unit. The manager apologized for this which was ok. Parking for renters is across the street with no crosswalk. There was construction on the building that at one point involved a man outside our balcony so we had to close the curtains while we ate breakfast. This didn’t ruin our trip but these details would’ve been good to know in advance because I honestly wouldn’t have stayed there if I had known.

Nonsmoking facility???
This is a nonsmoking facility. There was smoking everywhere. I could not enjoy our beautiful balcony view, too much smoke from other balconies. Had to kept doors shut to kept smoke out. Smoking at the pool, smoking at the hot tub, smoking at the beach.

Wonderful family spot at Spanish Key
Our family enjoyed our vacation stay at the Spanish Key. The condo was well-maintained, clean and the check-in/check-out was very easy. We will stay here again and highly recommend this spot. Note: the pool bracelets were not provided at check-in, but the management company was able to address the situation during check-out.

Great Condo Terrible Parking
Clean and nice condo! Looks just like advertised. The parking is terrible. Most families travel in larger vehicles and you couldn't get them into the tight parking spots. Some people took two spots so that they wouldn't hit other vehicles. If you are in a compact car you are fine.

Great room.
The room was very clean when we arrived. The ice maker knob was broken and laying on the counter but it still made ice. The balcony was a little small but that wasn't a big deal for us.
