Beautiful village cottage
Lovely cottage in typical Cotswold village. Well equipped cottage. Reasonably good communication with hosts at Broadway Hotel. Dinner at Broadway Hotel quite disappointing though. Tea at Lygon Arms recommended.

This lovely home had everything we needed. It was easy to walk into town and we had all the comforts of home. I would recommend it and plan to revisit one day.

The cottage is beautiful, a real hidden gem!!!!
My husband and I stayed in the cottage for a long weekend and we had a wonderful weekend. The cottage is set just round the corner from the hotel it’s booked through and where you collect the keys. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by a lovely lady who showed us round the cottage and made us feel welcome. The cottage has everything you need and the complimentary slippers were a lovely touch. We also had a welcome hamper which had the essentials needed to start off your stay. The cottage is furnished to a very high standard and has all the bits and pieces you need. The gas fire was lovely for the cold weekend we had. Never did we feel cold in the cottage. There is a lovely little garden with a table and 2 chairs but we didn’t use it as was a little on the cold side. The village of broadway is just beautiful and my favourite village we visited for the weekend. It has some lovely little shops, great restaurants and some beautiful little tea rooms. Other towns that we visited were stow-on-the-wold, bourton-on-the-water and Burford all of which are lovely with some fantastic little shops. For anyone who is thinking of booking this cottage you must!!! It really is wonderful! We fell in love with this cottage and the Cotswolds!

Beautifully designed cottage with every amenity for a comfortable stay.
Gorgeous interior design throughout with the most lovely garden to look at from the large Kitchen window. Large and very comfortable bed and lovely ensuite. Welcome basket with eggs, butter, bread, coffee and milk was much appreciated. The cottage was recently renovated to a very high standard, but the Cotswold stone and original character have been preserved. Parking outside was also a plus, as is the proximity to the Broadway high street.

We thought the cottage was excellent. Nice rooms, well appointed kitchen and garden/patio area.
We enjoyed the stay, we took advantage of the local places to eat and drink which are all excellent. We enjoyed walks with our dog and had no reason to go outside the village. We do love Broadway anyway and will be returning soon for another break.

Gorgeous cottage in a gorgeous village
A beautiful high spec cottage. Well thought out and appointed. Great decor. Cosy, comfy, romantic and totally gorgeous. Location excellent. Great walks both directly from the cottage and within a short driving distance. Lovely sun trap garden.

Wonderful Stay! Highly Recommend!
Bumblebee Cottage was the ideal location and base for our ten days in the Cotswolds. It is beautifully decorated without losing any of the original charm of the cottage. The back garden is lovely and serene. The kitchen has everything one could need, and the bathroom was spacious and had both tub and shower. Extremely comfortable bed. It is around the corner from the main hub of Broadway and on a major road out of town, so there is the normal level of noise for village center living. The manager Richard at the Broadway Hotel is the epitome of what's best in the hospitality industry - warm, welcoming, efficient, professional, and knowledgeable.

Beautiful cottage...shame about the noise
We stayed at Bumble Bee cottage whilst on our honeymoon. After the madness of the wedding, we were looking forward to somewhere to escape to and relax and catch up on our sleep. Sadly this didn't turn out to be the case. In our 4 night stay, every morning we were adruptly woken up at 7.30am or earlier by delivery trucks parking up and unloading to either the hotel or the pub. This went on for over 30 minutes each day. The bedroom is directly outside the side road where deliveries are made so there was no other way to avoid it. Whilst we appreciate deliveries need to be made, perhaps the owners can speak to the local businesses concerned to see if they could arrange for deliveries to made after 9 or 10am? Otherwise the house is beautiful with a lovely garden, plush decor and all mod cons. You can tell that a lot of care and attention had been put into the place. Unfortunately we won't be staying there again as the noise really did spoil our break.

Wonderful cottage in a beautiful village
Partner and I had a a great stay with the dog in this wonderful little cottage. Welcome hamper, including some treats for the dog, was a very thoughtful touch, the cottage is lovely and clean and decorated to a high standard. Kitchen has all that's required for your stay and there are good local amenities in the village. Would definitely visit again.

a lovely cottage in a superb location
We cannot praise Bumble Bee Cottage highly enough. It has been finished to the highest specification and contained everything that we needed for an enjoyable 4 night break. The location is ideal being in the heart of Broadway but on quieter Church Street with all the shops and restaurants near by. Being able to park outside the front door is a great bonus and the garden at the back is a peaceful place to sit with a drink or a book. The cottage is serviced by the team at the Broadway Hotel and you can charge meals etc to your account in the same way as hotel guests which is a nice feature. We are not dog lovers and were concerned that the cottage was listed as "dog friendly" as we have stayed in places where evidence of a dog's presence has been all too obvious! However, everything in Bumble Bee Cottage inside and out was spotlessly clean and fresh - a good performance from the housekeeping team! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will not hesitate to recommend it to our friends!

Most excellent!
A beautiful cottage and all seemed new! Very comfortable. Only problem was Internet was spotty. Clean, excellent customer service and handy to everything in Broadway. We shopped and cooked at home- glad to not eat in restaurants after a couple of weeks doing so.
