This lovely condo has a wonderful view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room opens up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. Waterscape's B522 is beautifully highlighted with warm hues of coral and green for a perfect beach getaway. The kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided to complete and serve meals. There is a large table with seating for four people in the dining area. This condo offers a full bath with a stand-up shower and a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room houses a sofa, a TV, and a DVD player.

Things to Know
Beach service includes two chairs and an umbrella from March to October.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

We had a wonderful stay Family of 4 and made memories to last a lifetime. We have stayed at 3 condos here and this one is oh so quaint and adorable. Great view and location. Love the Caribbean posh furniture and decor...fits the vibe perfectly! Also oh so clean which we appreciate. Thank you!

Loved it!

We loved the set up of this room. My husband and I had our own bedroom and bathroom, and our 2 children had bunk beds and a bathroom. Small kitchen, but plenty of room for us. Large balcony. We could see the beach from the balcony. Waterscape is wonderful! Plenty of pools to swim in if red flags are flying. Clean room and accurate description. Great location. We will return!!

the property was very clean. It was very easy to check in. We had an amazing time staying there. One of the best features that IThe property was very clean. It was very easy to check in. We had a amazing time staying there. One of the best features that I believe is on that property is the pantry so there was room for us and our food belongings that we had. We got there early and were greeted with being able to receive our bracelets to enjoy the amenities until our condo became available. We really enjoying staying in this area due to the pool and the closeness to the beach. We were provided two chairs, umbrella and a table while on the beach which is great. I would recommend if you have kids with you to get a beach tent set that up and enjoy your time on the beach. We definitely will be coming back! Thank you again to the amazing host that provided us with their condo to have an amazing family vacation.

Enjoyed our stay

The location was great. On the beach, balcony with partial ocean view. The room was clean and has plenty of space for me and my family. My teenagers loved the pool and summer activities that they had for certain days. I loved the communication, before our arrival and during our stay I received messages that provided me with lots of information for check in/entry etc.

Perfect size for our family. Amazing place for the kids. Only 1 grill out of a dozen worked without needing assistance. Shower door in the room was broken and I had to ask office to change the clogged up AC filter. Also had drain clog in other shower. We've been going there for 9 years. Management is the worst it's been in those 9 years. If I was one of the condo owners, I would not be happy. Still great destination for beach vacay with kids.

Family Getaway

We booked this room last minute after my wife and son’s spring break got extended. Everything went very smoothly during our stay. Check-in was easy and communication with Vacasa was great. Our son loved having multiple pools and the kiddie area to play in. We will definitely consider Vacasa and Waterscape in the future!

Loved Waterscape and our Room

We checked in last minute and loved the room we got B522. Eye clean and comfortable. Nice view of indoor pool area and a pretty decent view of ocean. We have friends that come here every year and we thought we’d visit them this year and are glad we did and will be coming back next year. By far the best place to stay in the area I think. We love it for the heated pool which when it’s cooler temps like it is this time of year it’s much appreciated and very nice! Thank you waterscape for an enjoyable and comfortable stay!

We arrived after office hours, around 10pm. Gate codes as well as room codes were sent to us via email and through the app, a couple of days before the trip. When we walked into the room, bracelets were sitting on the counter along with any other information needed for the trip. I never had to go down to the front office one time. First class place to stay
