This bright cozy, freshly remodeled Gulf-front vacation unit will have all the feeling of home away from home. Starting with the Master bedroom, enjoy the view of the Gulf from the direct access to the private balcony. Master bathroom is very spacious with his and hers sink, separate Jacuzzi and shower. In the living room, the guest can enjoy the full view of the Gulf as well from the balcony. The balcony will have patio furniture. The dining area will have a table that will seat 6 people. Plus extra 4 bar stools by the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher; stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, washer, and dryer are available in the unit. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom will be at the back of the unit and will have their own bathrooms as well.

Beach service included March - October

Pool bands are provided! The number of bands provided corresponds to the occupancy of the rental.
Azure is undergoing a beautification process beginning in August 2025 Please be patient with our progress

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. It’s a great location. Same beaches as the raved about 30a and much less crowded. The condo was a little tired and worn but still a good trip.

I have been visiting the azure for several years this was a little different it was not personable this time. You couldn't meet your check in person or if you need something it just wasn't personable this time. The cook ware needs to be updated and their bed mattress needs to be replaced. I know it is under new management I didn't like the atmosphere this time around.I hope it gets more personable instead of everything being online or Call and talk to somebody that isn't onsite.

Very Nice. Great Location.

Everything was great. We had an issue that was taken care of immediately. The only complaint was there were very few towels, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, and very little toilet paper. It was a very nice place with limited supplies.

Great location

The location was wonderful. Nice pool and great beach. Kitchen lacked some utensils, cookware, etc but if eating out every meal it’s great! Beds, linens, and couch could use a little love.

Roomy condo directly on beach

This condo had a great view and plenty of room. The bedrooms has good beds, dressers, and linens. Bathrooms were larger with plenty of towels. Kitchen has nice appliances, but the refrigerator drawers were broken and some door shelves were missing. Kitchen has coffee maker, toaster, etc. The staff and common areas were excellent.

Great Condo For Families

We had such a wonderful trip at Azure with Vacasa. Vacasa was always reaching out making sure everything was ok with our stay. The condo itself is within walking distance to great restaurants. It had amazing pools and quick access to the beach with private chairs. The pool had a splash pad which was PERFECT for our toddler. She loved it! The condo itself was spacious and had a perfect room with bunk beds for our toddler. We would most definitely stay at this place again! The only critique I have is our family cooks a lot and I just wish the kitchen had a few more kitchen utensils and maybe even some togo containers to put food in. But that is it. The condo was clean and the furniture was very comfortable. We loved it!

The condo was in a beautiful location. The condo itself was as described. The beds were very comfortable, and the balcony was spacious. The family room was large enough for the 5 of us but would have been a tight fit for 8 adults. We could not use the DVD player - it was not hooked up and we did not want to mess with electronics nor wait around for a maintenance person to come. The only caution I would tell others is that the garage ramps were so steep that our car scraped when we came down. Luckily, we found parking on the ground floor every day but one. It is best suited to SUVs. We would definitely come back to this unit again.

Pretty Good.

I would have liked to leave this review for the company / owner to make some corrections, but was not given that option. The first day we arrived we noticed the dryer did not dry and made a horrible banging noise. They sent someone to look at it the following morning. He said the repairs needed were beyond his expertise. We were then told by Vacasa that someone else would be out to “look at” it 3 days later. Obviously, when you’re at the beach with 5 adults and 3 kids in a 3 bedroom condo, you expect to have a functioning dryer. In any case, they were receptive and replaced the washing machine and dryer the following morning. We were very appreciative of them correcting this issue! As for the rest of the unit, it was missing a lot of kitchen staples and the dishwasher wasn’t anchored in so it nearly broke the dishes when the door was opened. Almost all of the doors were sticking in the jambs and hard to close. One of the bedroom door handles was broken on the inside, so if it were to latch, you’d be stuck inside. Luckily that door was near impossible to close anyways. Altogether the unit was a little beat-up. The location of the unit in the building was great. The view was amazing. It’s the 3rd unit we’ve stayed in at The Azure in the past 3 years. Every unit seems to have issues, but I think that’s to be expected in a rental. Management is always receptive and answers the phone. We will continue to use Vacasa and with a few things done to this unit, it would be worth a 5 star review.

Family Vacation

We stayed at Azure in Okaloosa Island and we had a wonderful time! The condo was very clean and big enough for our family of 7. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well. The view of the ocean from our balcony was breathtaking! There were a lot of fun activities to do around the area and Destin was only about a 10 minute drive from us. We will definitely come back!

Lots of space, beautiful views could use some upkeep

We enjoyed being right on the gorgeous beach. The heated pool was perfect. The space is well laid out and comfortable. Both vacuum cleaners were broken, moldy smell under the sink. Toiletries/cleaning products were skimpy, even when we requested more trash bags and shampoo they were not delivered. But overall, unit was clean and we had a great time.
