Loved the property. Our 2nd stay at Navarre Towers and we love the condos and location. No complaints at all. Dealing with Vacasa was our only issue. The check in info I received said if unit was ready before 4pm check in, you would be contacted. Not true. When you call there # you clearly get a call center in another country who asked ME to troubleshoot due to no Internet. 2nd call bc of broke garbage disposal was the same thing. I'm not maintenance!Very disappointed with the the very impersonal customer service with Vacasa. We do LOVE Navarre Towers but will NEVER rent through Vacasa again!

Beautiful!

Outdated, poorly maintained and poorly furnished but clean

This unit has a beautiful view and was clean. Aside from that it was the absolutely worst unit I have stayed in in over 50 years as an adult! Some updates have been attempted, and I say attempted by what appears to be by someone other than professionals! Because I am in my sixties I can tell you this unit has features remaining from 1960’s-1970s! Wiring, paint, baseboards, vanities, switch plates and receptacles crooked on walls! Outdoor door to unit unlocked and open on arrival! Maintenance from Vacassa came on Monday a.m. after we slept Sunday night with chairs used to block entrance. We were basically unable to leave unit Sunday night and Monday a.m. until maintenance arrived. They had to fix Door in order to catch to stay shut! TVs needed reconnected, Light fixture on balcony would not work, lamps in bedroom would not work, appliances in Kitchen were old and outdated!

Beautiful view, but lacking a lot of basics

We are currently on the way home after a beautiful week in Navarre Beach. Return to reality is going to be hard this week. So my review of the Condo in Navarre towers….the view is worth a million bucks and we spent hours just gazing at the water from the balcony when we weren’t sitting on the beach. The condo was hard to get into. First, there is a vented door that covers the primary door. After the very long drive and unloading the car, the last thing I wanted to do is fuss over getting into the condo. Seriously, I felt completely dumb but didn’t realize that the vented door swung open to reveal the keypad that serves as the keyless entry. So, we finally get inside the condo to discover the door doesn’t lock behind you without whole lot of fuss. That was a constant struggle throughout the week. The coffee pot in our condo was broken….after the door fiasco, I threw my hands up and got my coffee from the gas station down the road. There were no basic spices or cooking condiments….no salt, pepper, sugar, cooking spray, coffee filters…you get the picture. Moving to the bathrooms and showers…there were no beach towels provided….so to Walmart we go. Finally, due to an unforeseen plumbing problem we were without water on Tuesday starting at 7 am and lasting though the better part of the day. Who wants to get up before 7 while on vacation? Not me and not to take care of basic hygiene before the water is cut. All this to say, this is a very expensive vacation in my book to have to fuss over so many little details that could be provided at very little expense to the property. If any of this was noted in the rental listing, I could have come more prepared. We still had a fantastic week and will be back but maybe will try a different property…and a different set of expectations.

Me encantó la unidad 1205 y a mi familia a pesar del problema que tuve con mi otra unidad405 lo recomendaría a familias de 6 personas,lo único que no me gustó es que deberían de cambiar el sistema de tv queriamos ver tv y no se pudo de ahí lo contrario todo bien y poner extra suplementos en los baños

Amazing stay

This was my second stay at the Navarre Towers. Amazing views, nice kitchen…with everything you could possibly need. It’s great for a family up to 6. It’s also great for couples. Whenever I’m going to the beach, this will be my home away from home!

Navarre Towers 1205

This property has an excellent view of the ocean. It is quick and easy to get to the beach. The pool area is nice and the pool is heated. The elevators are fast and look newer. The rooms were clean and stocked with towels and linens and some other supplies to get you started. Appliances are nice. We used the refrigerator, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer without problems. We had a successful vacation.
