Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Cozy and relaxing property
Property is close to attractions and beach. Home is fully equipped with all your necessities. However, control panel to AC is locked so either you're hot or cold depending on the person. Everything was pretty much clean except carpet. Had a few sleepless nights due to the neighbors nightly activities, screaming, fighting, etc.. Overall, nice place and besides the few mishaps, I would stay here again.

Beautiful home, lacked cleanliness
The home was beautiful and well decorated. There were dirty dishes in cabinets and screws found around the house. More kitchen supplies would’ve been useful like sponge and soap for dishwasher. House lacked some cleanliness but overall nice home and cozy.

Didn't meet my expectations
When I was searching for a location to stay I searched for beachview or pool view. I saw the beautiful pool that was advertised and was mislead by the view of the pool. From the picture I thought we would be able to walk out room and pool was connected. Disappointed that pool was a community pool. Thought we could sit outside in back and maybe grill somerhing. Every townhome except the one we rented had a grill and outdoor seating. The home was really clean and nice. The air condition was freezing doing the say and a little warm at night. It was a 3 beddoom 2 1/2 bath but advertised for 3 bath. The twin beds were not sturdy!!! My overall experience I would definitely stay again because I know what to expect. Based on the reasons metioned is the reason I couldn’t provide a perfect score.

Perfect
This house was perfect for us. We had 4 adults and 6 kids, everybody slept comfortably. It was so spacious and beautiful. We were just minutes from the beach, and the kids enjoyed the pool as well. We highly recommend staying here.
