Villa Lola Jávea is a construction of a plant of 145m2 faithful to the architectural style of the area. Its interior is decorated to enhance its simplicity and brightness: the dining room, which is accessed directly from the porch, is open, relaxed and welcoming, in blue and white tones and with many decorative objects of marine air, with which it has been wanted to make a nod to the Mediterranean. Its 3 rooms (one of them type suite) have a different style, but in each of them the mixture of furniture and objects of family heritage and decorative design elements is repeated, creating unique spaces destined to rest and comfort.

2 rooms have double beds and the remaining bedroom has two single beds. The bedroom suite also has a sofa bed. On request, cot, highchair and baby bath are available.

The bathrooms (two, one of them in the suite) and the kitchen have a modern and functional design in the best qualities.

Your modern fully equipped kitchen with all appliances completes this charming villa: combi fridge, induction hob, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery / cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, iron for clothes and table.

The house is surrounded by a plot of 800 m2 that you can make the most of: Relax and enjoy the freshness of its garden with lawn and private 8x4 pool during the day and also at night thanks to its charming night lighting. You can enjoy a delicious barbecue on the porch and sunbathe and read comfortably at the edge of the pool if you wish, as the villa has a barbecue and garden furniture.

Other amenities: TV, Satellite (Languages: Spanish, German and French), Internet / WIFI access, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, private parking.

For the safety of small children and animals, a fence has been installed around the pool.

Villa Lola
We absolutely loved villa Lola and the garden in a quiet, safe, residential area but only 6 minutes away by car to the beach, restaurants and the stunning Arenal beach. The villa is impressive, with beautiful traditional pieces yet also has a modern twist. Its spacious, light and good for families or just a couple or friends. The garden is big, full of colour with trees, bushes, flowers and is well maintained by gardeners. A really great, sized pool which is also well maintained, has a shallow end for non swimmers like myself and deep at the other end. Just perfect. Loved it and highly recommend! The lovely lady P who came to show us around and give us the keys was very helpful and friendly. Also close to other stunning coves like Calla Grandalla once you have been to Playa Arenal A big supermarket Consum also 5 mins away by car that stocks everything you need and another supermarket Mercadona a mile or so further away. A big garden centre is a walk away too and a restaurant further down the main road. Only 5 mins to main restaurants etc at Playa Arenal by car. Highly recommend! Safe, secure and friendly area.

CHRISTMAS STAY
Immaculate Villa, in a fantastic location, lovely and cozy on the cold December nights... The only 2 small improvements we could recommend, would be some basics in the kitchen cupboard i.e. Salt & pepper & Sugar and some chairs for the beach are much appreciated for people who fly into the area as obviously we can't bring with us. We were greeted by Paquita and her husband on arrival and they were extremely nice and helpful people and offered good advice for any local knowledge. Would certainly come back to this Villa if staying back in Xabia area.

La villa de Lola est comme la description mais en mieux !!! Charme et élégance autant a l intérieur, qu'à l'extérieur ! Paquita nous a reçu avec sourire et ce fut un plaisir de la rencontrer pour les clés 🔑. La piscine est belle et entretenue. Et la position de la villa est parfaite au calme, beau quartier mais proche de tout ( commerces, plage, ect) Merci Lola aussi pour notre petit de 21 mois qui n'a manqué de rien ( chaise haute, lit ...) On recommande !!!!

Wir wurden von Paquita herzlichst begrüßt und zeigte uns die gesamte Villa mit Erklärung. Ein wunderschöne Villa mit ganz verliebten Details. Es ist alles vorhanden, von A bis Z, es fehlt nichts! Wir waren 2 Wochen vor Pfingsten in der Villa Lola. Das Haus, unser Ansprechpartner Seniora Pasquita , die Lage , die Sauberkeit, die Freundlichkeit und die liebe zum Detail kann man gar nicht hoch genug loben. Für uns waren es perfekte 2 Wochen. Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Garten und fantastischem Pool. Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert!
Trotz unserer späten Ankunft am Anreisetag hat uns Paquita auch um 23 Uhr noch herzlich beim Haus empfangen. Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr sicheren Umgebung, nur die etwas viel befahrene Straße direkt auf der Poolseite stört geräuschempfindliche Menschen vielleicht. Das Grundstück an sich ist von keiner Seite aus einsehbar und wunderbar geschützt. Das Haus ist super stilvoll, mediterran & maritim eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber und alle nötigen Geräte sind vorhanden. Der Garten ist riesig und wunderschön bepflanzt. Hier lässt es sich richtig schön aufhalten. Der große Pool ist ein absolutes Highlight und hat täglich für eine Erfrischung gesorgt. Man ist relativ schnell beim Strand, ein Mietwagen macht aber absolut Sinn. Durch das geschützte Tor und dem Carport aber super zu handhaben. Auf jeden Fall ein Besuch wert und sicherlich kommen wir in Zukunft nochmal wieder. Riesigen Dank vor allem an Paquita für den netten Empfang und Abschied vor Ort. Super Verständigung auf deutsch, aber auch englisch.

Super mooie en schone villa
We waren verrast van de mooie inrichting en professionele afwerking van de villa. Ook was het er super schoon. Heel vriendelijke ontvangst . We hebben al verschillende keren een villa gehuurd in Javea maar deze springt er echt ver bovenuit. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet! Man fühlt sich sofort heimisch. Der Garten ist wesentlich größer als auf den Fotos ersichtlich, was vor allem unseren kleinen Hund sehr gefreut hat! Die Gärtner und der Poolboy machen ebenfalls einen hervorragenden Job! Die Sonne hat man den ganzen Tag was vor allem im November wichtig war! Hier bietet sich besonders der nur 10 min entfernte und windgeschützte Strand „La granadella“ an um noch eine letzte Runde im Mittelmeer zu schwimmen! Auch noch ein herzliches Dankeschön an Paquita und Eva für die einwandfreie Kommunikation und die Übergabe der Schlüssel in perfektem Deutsch. Wir kommen wieder :-)

Een erg leuk huisje met zwembad. In werkelijkheid is het huisje leuker, ruimer, en charmanter dan de foto´s laten zien. ook de tuin is prachtig en het terras is erg prettig opgesteld. Het is erg kindvriendelijk mede doordat je het zwembad kunt afzetten, er is een kinderstoel en een babybedje aanwezig. Tijdens de storm waren er een aantal bomen omgevallen waardoor we zonder internet kwamen te zitten. het strand en de boulevard zijn erg veranderd en vernield na de storm. erg jammer. ondanks deze storm hebben we erg genoten van ons verblijf bij lola en we raden dit huis dan ook zeker aan.

Magnifica villa. Decorada con mucho gusto y con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una agradable estancia.. Jardín y piscina bien cuidados. Cocina totalmente equipada y aire en todas las estancias. El contacto con la propietaria, rápido y servicial. Y el recibimiento y despedida con Jhon, fantástico. Por poner un pero, hemos echado de menos un segundo juego de sabanas. Para repetir sin duda.

I'll be back!
I've just returned home from a six week stay at Villa Lola and I can't rate it highly enough. It is a beautiful villa and even managed to exceed my expectations based on the on-line photos (which are very accurate). It is truly a home from home with every 'mod-con' provided. The villa itself is set within a lovely and secure garden with electronic gates provided for keeping the car secure too... The villa and gardens are managed and maintained by John who was always available and on-hand to help out with any matter, although fortunately we didn't experience any major issues. The villa is the owner's own holiday home and you can 'feel the love' that this place holds. I look forward to visiting again and wouldn't hesitate in recommending it as a place to stay. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did. :)
