Serene, Quiet and Beautiful House with a Stunning Western Lake View

Very inviting home with a walkout basement. Large living room and kitchen/great room that look out over the bay. There are 3 bedrooms (2 upstairs & 1 down). The master bedroom downstairs has a view of the lake as well. All the amenities you could possibly imagine available to you in our house. Bring your boat and enjoy a day on the lake skiing, tubing or just relaxing and park your boat at the private pier on property. You may also rent a boat from OxBo Marine just 10 minutes down the road.

*Rest assured that we are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. Perfect for a stay vacation, as a work-from-home alternative, or for families.

Perfect house

This house was perfect our stay. From the location to the layout of the house to all the items in the house to the amazing view... This was the perfect place for me and my family. Becky was so easy to work with as well. If I had a question about anything she responded very quickly. We were up visiting family, and this house was the perfect location. All of our family was able to come to us and have plenty of space to sit around and catch up. What made this house so perfect was the kids room. My 2-year-old grandson had the best time in the chicken coup beds. Plus, ALL the toys for him to play with. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the laundry room was as well. Came home with a full suitcase of clean clothes. :) We will defiantly be staying here again when we come up. Family that lives there even said that they would be renting too if the need ever arises.

Reunion

Overall we had a very nice stay. The lake wasn't exactly what I was thinking but the kids had a great time kayaking and exploring. Home is very nice and very well supplied. Becky and Stan are great to work with. Overall had a great time.

Summer BBQ

I’m from the area and just wanted a spot on the lake (we live on the river) so that we could all swim and enjoy the lake together. The property is not good for swimming so I suggest boating to swimmers island instead. House was gorgeous and very clean.

Beautiful Lakefront Getaway

We stayed here for a long weekend in June, with some friends, a total of 4 adults, 5 kids, and 2 dogs. The kids had a blast, between the triple bunk bed setup, the trampoline, pedal boats, fire pit, and fishing off the dock. The dogs had a ton of room to run around outside in the giant yard, and to jump into the lake off the dock. And the adults enjoyed some beautiful sunsets and boat rides (from an excellent pontoon rental nearby at Ox-Bo marine). There is something for everyone! The house was bigger than the pictures showed, and fit all of us easily. The beds were clean and comfortable, and there were plenty of kitchen utensils for us to use for our own cooking. The property is located a good distance from any large town, which means the lake doesn't have much traffic and is pretty quiet. It's about 10 minutes to Hustisford (ice cream and pizza), and 30 minutes to Beaver Dam (where we enjoyed a small farmers market). There's a pub with a really good fish fry on Lake Sinissippi that you can boat up to. The lake itself was pretty murky, but that didn't stop the kids from jumping in after a short boat ride to slightly deeper waters (the water near the house is only 3 feet deep, and the lake itself is only max 6-8 feet deep). We caught some catfish too, but the fishing was slow. The owners were fantastic about prompt communications through the entire process. They even left out a goodie bucket of s'mores fixings that the kids really loved! What a great place!

Lake House with everything

Owners were very thoughtful to leave plenty of supplies (TP, towels, condiments, shampoo, soap and more). The kitchen is great and provided a fun area for multiple cooks. Nice separate living area with huge TV for late night movie and relaxing away from the Great room area, and if you need to do some remote working. We did not have any kids that could enjoy the cute bunk beds, but we can confirm that a couple of adults can sleep there. The dog loved the huge yard and running down to the dock. We had a nice pontoon boat from Ox-Bo, and also enjoyed use of the kayaks. We really enjoyed Rock River Tap in Horicon for Friday Fish Fry. Also enjoyed Thursday wing night at the Lake Pub (with Pontoon boat). Can't say enough about how this place had everything we needed and owners are very responsive with any questions.

The owner made it all easy

We loved our stay here. Becky was available for any questions, and she has made sure this is a relaxing, comfortable rental with a kitchen well stocked for dining in and making favorite meals. We came here for birding at Horicon Marsh, and started each morning with leisurely coffee, looking out at the birds from the deck at the house. The house was a perfect base for us. Many thanks.

Beautiful, peaceful get away.

Our first extended family vacation in four years. The home and property are beautifully maintained and idyllic. Hosts were very responsive to any questions or concerns. Loved the ingredients for s’mores Becky left for us. Only draw back was that the immediate lake area was not appealing for swimming but we thoroughly enjoyed fishing off the dock and kayaking. Very restful!

It's awsome start when the host is very responsive and communication is effortless. We had a great time the kids loved their special bedroom with toys and games to spare. Wehad a great time fishing and driving around on nice country roads.

Beautiful Lake Home

We stayed for a week with another family and our 3 toddlers, 3 dogs total, and we had plenty of room. Stan & Becky's home is fully stocked with everything you need and then some: fire pit, gas grill, kayaks, linens, cozy seating throughout, enormous backyard and humongous television. TV in every bedroom, the kiddos were thrilled. We were even greeted with makings for s'mores. Becky is incredibly prompt with communication. The kids' bunk beds were darling, just be careful of little ones to avoid pulling down the led lights!

A jewel on Lake Sinissippi

An excellent place to stay on a nice quiet peninsula on Lake Sinissippi. The property was very clean, very spacious and outfitted with every item one could need for their stay. Kayaks, a paddle boat and being able to dock a rented pontoon boat (from the local marina, which by the way won't allow their boats at all piers but this one meets their requirements) over night made the outdoor activities super fun and convenient Communications with the owner were excellent and I highly recommend this property. We stayed a week and I wish we could have stayed longer!

Wonderful stay

Great experience. Becky was great at responding and the property was great. They had toys and arts/crafts and lots of things to keep children entertained. The trampoline and kayaks were a big hit. They left us a little basket of snacks and smores as well, which was such a thoughtful detail. The kitchen was full of everything you need to cook/bake -pots, pans, spices, etc. They also have a small room to use as a theater room to watch movies. Fantastic stay. Thank you!

Beat expectations

Our group had a great time at the property! The pictures didn't do it justice, as the house was larger than expected. The decor was great and high quality. The feel of the home was very pleasant. The property was massive. Fishing wasn't great but we had a blast just cruising around on the supplied kayaks and paddle boat. Our pup loved running around the yard, but there wasn't a fence incase that is an issue for future renters. Overall the experience was great and we would highly recommend.

My sister, dog, and I spent 10 days “working from home” during the day and enjoying the view after hours! Very cozy home on the lake with very sweet and attentive homeowners. A welcomed getaway from a long quarantine at home! Loved returning to Hustisford/Juneau and can’t wait to come back soon!

The Perfect Place to Relax and Enjoy Family

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation staying at Becky and Stan's place. We had four adults and two kids. The lake view is calming and we especially enjoyed the sunsets each night. We spent time kayaking, paddle boating and fishing (mainly catfish and carp) each day and also rented a pontoon boat from nearby OxBo Marine one day. We took a day to explore nearby Horicon Marsh and would highly recommend. The place was great for our kids, ages 8 and 12, as they loved the unique bunkbeds, jumping on the trampoline, spending so much time on the water, watching wildlife (pelicans, herons, two fawns that frequented the back yard) and running about the huge yard with our dog. The house itself is charming, clean, and provides multiple spaces for interaction. The kitchen was fantastic--well-stocked with almost anything you can imagine or need. Becky and Stan were quick to respond to our questions, provided great recommendations, and also checked in on us. Thanks for providing us with the opportunity to relax and enjoy your beautiful property!

Relaxing getaway

Our family booked this property last minute for a much needed relaxing getaway. The hosts were very quick and helpful in responding! Their lake home is immaculate and had everything you could possibly need during your stay. The kids loved fishing off the dock, kayaking, jumping on the trampoline and running around in the huge back yard with our dogs! It was nice to take time to unplug (even tho they have wifi and tv available) and just enjoy our time together. We had a few rainy afternoons but enjoyed our time inside playing all the numerous board games! We also rented a pontoon from Ox-Bo marine and we were able to explore the lake and find a few sand bars to stop and swim around for a bit. Thank you again Becky and Stan for sharing your lake home with us. We truly had a fun, relaxing getaway before the craziness of our blended in person/remote school year starts. I would definitely recommend this property and have marked it in my favorites on VRBO😊

Excellent experience

The house was beautiful, comfortable, clean and had everything we could possibly need for a fun stay. The kids had a great time in the yard, on the kayaks, and fishing from the dock. Relaxing Retreat for our Family

We had such a wonderful time during our stay at this beautiful lake house. The house was very clean and was equipped with everything we needed and more during our stay. Our two young boys loved the kids room with bunk beds and all of the toys that the house provided. We all especially enjoyed everything the large back yard had to offer, including a large trampoline, kayaks, and plenty of open space to explore. And the view was absolutely spectacular!! The owners were very helpful with the check in process and available if we had any questions. We couldn't be happier with our choice to stay here!
