I am a 50(...) something scot, who, after 16 years of holidaying in El Medano moved here permanently to live the peaceful life in the sun; 24 years later here I still am happy and proud to be able to offer truly pretty , clean and comfortable homes to others.

Marineda 312 is an absolutely stunning, newly renovated apartment, spacious and bright it offers one bedroom, very large wet room (with washing machine),well equipped kitchen (with dish washer), lounge, balcony overlooking the pool with ocean views on both sides and private underground parking. It has international internet TV channels and very fast internet access. Situated on the 3rd level it is served by 2 elevators. This apartment is wheelchair friendly.
