Villa Lemon Grove Dio is a beautiful villa with private pool located within walking distance to the beach of Argaka, in Cyprus. Sleeping up to 6 guests in spacious interiors (with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms), it also features spacious terraces and gardens offering panoramic views to the sea. The private pool measures 4x9 metres.

The upper floor has a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a twin bedroom, once again with its own ensuite bathroom. The ground floor has a double bedroom, lounge, kitchen, dinner and a family shower room. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and aircon is provided free of charge.

Maid service, bed Linen and towels are also included in the price.

Peaceful Villa with Great Pool

Overall we enjoyed our stay in Lemon Villa. The villa is set in a peaceful location next to a lemon grove. Check-in was easy since the key was in a key-safe outside. The owner had kindly left us a few essential supplies which we appreciated. The house was clean and the linen supplied was more than enough. The pool was in very good condition and any issues mentioned in previous reviews had been fixed. The upstairs terraces had nice views out towards the sea. In terms of cooking there was everything that you would need and the BBQ outside was also good. On the negative side - the villa decor is a little dated and there are a lot of "decorations" everywhere that have to be moved before you can actually use any table. Personally I would get rid of all of this stuff. The villa is relatively near to the restaurants on the sea front but the walk there is not pleasant as there are not footpaths. We chose to use the car instead, but it wasn't an issue. Really super sunsets from the upper house terrace and the restaurant on the seafront.

Lemon Grove Villa

A lovely villa in a quiet spot. We had a lovely time. Hire car is essential as Argaka is a bit out of the way. Polis is a short drive and lovely. People here are lovely and helpful, even if they dont speak much English, like the owners. Ideal for families, the poll and villa are truly wonderful and we will definitely return.

Lemon grove dio

Got to villa and was saddened by overall condition. Silicone black around showers and baths. Shower screen in one bedroom siliconed in position, so very difficult to use. Attachments such shower heads, towel rails all need attention. Cupboards in kitchen had dirty tea stains, very old dirt marks, drawers dirty, just felt grubby. Storage was poor, 5 hangers for a 3 bedrvilla ?. Electric powerpoint in one bedroom did not work. In one batroom shaver point did not work and as this was the only one in villa so very poor and so we had to buy an adapter to charge 4 persons electric tooth brushes. Swimming pool has been repaired countless times to a very low standard. There were loose slabs, uneven slabs cracked slabs and bfoken tiles. All of this could have been rectified and made our stay a lot more pleasant off season when problems had arisen. We have been to cyprus countless over the past 10 years and we know what to expect in a villa and this did not meet our expectations

The views are great.

The property is in the rural location set amidst the lemon trees. There's a small pool. The views are great. I did not receive the driving instructions prior to the arrival but those were (re)sent to me promptly once requested. It was not easy to find as I arrived late evening, well after the sunset. Inside there are three bedrooms that should easily accommodate six people.

The villa was absolutely perfect.

Wow! What at amazing stay! The villa was absolutely perfect, the pool was a godsend and the area was peaceful. Walking distance from the sea and areas with shops and lovely restaurants. Check in was super simple. We will definitely be returning here when we come back to Cyprus

Excellent sjour Argaka

We had a very good stay in Cyprus, under the October sun, the house is very spacious, very beautiful and very well located! Maria came in the middle of the stay to do the cleaning but she also offered us a bottle of wine, clementines and lemons from the garden, what kindness!!!! Thank you Eos Travel and I hope soon.

Very nice villa and place around

Very nice villa and gardens around it. Villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay, maybe to have a dishwasher would be a top :) Maria was cleaning the house every 3 days, few times brought us some fresh bakery :) thanks for that. home away from home

...very nice villa....very clean and comfortable....its really a home away from home ....great hospitality ...the owners are great....the location is top....you need in any case a rental car ....the surrounding area is full of beautiful landscapes....the facilities - kitchen, bathroom and so on .......are more than sufficient .....we will come back again .....jasu

Cramped outside, not so private

House and pool not ideally located, forever chasing the sun and avoiding shade due to restricted area around the pool. Pool cleaned daily usually before 7am just beware of the cleaner looking through windows. Excellent directions to property but spoiled when arriving in darkness to find no porch light on to guide making it very difficult to locate key safe and dial in the numbers for access.

Enjoyed our stay very much

We had a wonderful time at this lovely place. The setting is beautiful in the midth of green lemon- and other trees. The view is great. the surrounding is quiet and a car helpful. This is exectly what we were looking for - no big hotels, not too many tourists to be seen around, very peaceful with a great variety of things to do. From old stones of history to nice villages to walking opportunities to renting a spead boat for a day for just being lazy on the beach. All is there. Holiday at its best. A word to the house: Maria is the most lovely host. The pool is cleaned very well every morning. The house is cleaned often and so are the towels and bedsheets, changed often enough. Some parts of the house/furniture could maybe need a little update, if you would want me to find something to criticize at all. We didn't care at all. It was kept in shape well, and clean and cozy.
