Welcome to this beautiful townhome, located only 2 miles from the new Mountain America Convention Center, close to the Idaho Falls airport, restaurants, the Snake River, shopping, and more! The location has easy access to both I-15 & Hwy 20, perfect for traveling to Island Park, Yellowstone, and Jackson WY. This townhome has many upgrades; stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, & an on-demand water heater. In addition to the kitchen and living room on the main floor, you'll have a 1/2 bath, pantry, sofa bed, and a play area under the stairs. Upstairs you'll find the primary bedroom with a king-size bed, smart tv, and walk-in closet with a collapsible crib/playpen. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third has a full-size bed, both have large closets with built-in shelving for storing your belongings. There is a fully stocked laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience. The full bathroom is stocked with plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, and other necessities. There is a fenced patio area off the kitchen with a couple of chairs for relaxing outdoors. The subdivision has a small park with a playground. If you want to get out of the house for a bit, you're less than a mile from the Snake River Greenbelt walking path and great local restaurants!

This was our first experience with VRBO and we would absolutely stay here again! We were in town visiting family and this space worked perfect for us! It was spacious and very cleanly. The kids space was an amazing added bonus as it kept my daughter very entertained.

Trip To Idaho Falls
The property was very well located. Close to the river and downtown. Very close to the major highways in and out of town. The condo was was stocked and was very clean. I would recommend it to all my friends, and would definitely pick it on a trip back to Idaho Falls.

Nice Place a bit crowded
This is a very nice condo/Apartment type place. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was nicely stocked, and was clean. The location is great and has easy access to shopping, and the Downtown IF area. The only complaint I would have would be the noise. The walls are thin, and sounds travel easily. Loud cars and trucks outside made for early wakeups, and anyone showering would wake up the family. Despite that, I would stay there again.

Apartment great for young family
The property would be great for a young family. My wife and I are both in our 60's. We found the stairs to be steep, however when our great grandkids came to visit they found the area under the stairs to be great fun. We enjoyed the property.

Nice and clean apartment, the shower was great and lots of pressure. Only concern was the Parking area needed de-iced. Slipping around to get in or out of the car was a bit stressful.

Perfect home base
It was a really nice retreat while we visited family and celebrated 4th of July. It was quiet, it had all the amenities you would want, I.e. clean, 3 bedrooms, 1 and 1/2 bath, full kitchen, washer & dryer, central air. If I had any complaint it would be my family is used to blackout conditions while sleeping and especially in the summer the rooms get bright early and stay light late; note to self, take sleep mask. I'd definitely stay there again.

I had a great experience with my stay at this property! The host had very good communication, she answered with in 15 mins majority of the time and the property was very much up to standards! There was a problem with the washer but the host answered super fast and got it taken care of with ease! Very much impressed!
