Logement idéal.

Studio avec toutes commodités, balcon, ventilation, parking et piscine réservés aux résidents, situation idéale, proche de deux plages ( galets noir et sable). A 10 minutes à pieds de l'île des loisirs, boulangerie à 2 minutes à pieds, centre commerciale à 10 minutes en voiture. A 5 minutes à pieds d'une belle balade au port avec boutique, restauration et glaciers. Propriétaire sympathique, à l'écoute et disponible !

Studio très fonctionnel et très bien situé proche mer et centre et une piscine bien appréciée

Studio très propre et fonctionnel il y a l essentiel. Super situation géographique on peut aller à pied a la mer et au centre. Clim mobile et ventilateurs à disposition très utiles l été. En revanche pour le lit superposé celui du haut uniquement pour enfant.. sinon rien à signaler l agence est très reactive et très bon contact. Je recommande .
