Before our trip they switched locations on us for an “upgrade” because the unit we rented was no longer available. Check in should have been easy but the building where they are located does not have a sign outside nor a building number. We walked up and down the street for 20 minutes before I just entered a random building and accidentally found it. They will not give you a key even if you ask. There are four different codes you need to use at four different doors to get it. We did not have toilet paper in the unit for 20 hours despite multiple attempts with texts, WhatsApp, emails and phone calls. This was unacceptable. The TV remote did not have batteries and they never brought them so we could not watch TV during our duration. There were no sheets for the fold out couch. The heat was turned off when we arrived and it was freezing- especially at night. The second day it heated up. There were a lot of beds which was great for our large family. My son loved the loft. The unit was spacious. The location was fantastic and we could walked the city.
